Facklamia tabacinasalis is a Gram-positive bacteria from the family of Facklamia which has been isolated from powdered tobacco. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
The Lachnospiraceae are a family of obligately anaerobic, variably spore-forming bacteria in the order Eubacteriales that ferment diverse plant polysaccharides to short-chain fatty acids and alcohols (ethanol). These bacteria are among the most abundant taxa in the rumen and the human gut microbiota. Members of this family may protect against colon cancer in humans by producing butyric acid. Lachnospiraceae have been found to contribute to diabetes in genetically susceptible (ob/ob) germ-free mice.
Desulfocella is a Gram-negative, anaerobic and non-spore-forming bacteria genus from the family of Desulfobacteraceae with one known species.
Tessaracoccus bendigoensis is a Gram-positive bacterium from the genus Tessaracoccus which has been isolated from activated sludge in Bendigo, Australia.
Dolosicoccus is a Gram-positive, facultatively anaerobic and non-motile genus of bacteria from the family of Aerococcaceae with one known species.
Dolosicoccus paucivorans is a Gram-positive bacteria from the family of Dolosicoccus which has been isolated from human blood in the United States.
Eremococcus is a genus of bacteria from the family of Aerococcaceae with one known species.
Eremococcus coleocola is a Gram-positive and facultatively anaerobic bacteria from the family of Eremococcus which has been isolated from the reproductive tract of horses in England.
Facklamia is a Gram-positive genus of bacteria from the family of Aerococcaceae. Facklamia bacteria are pathogens in humans.
Facklamia hominis is a Gram-positive and anaerobic bacteria from the family of Facklamia which has been isolated from humans. The genus Facklamia was first described in 1997 using 16S rRNA sequencing and has since been identified from both a wide range of animal sources and infrequently as a human pathogen.
Facklamia ignava is a Gram-positive bacteria from the family of Facklamia which has been isolated from humans.
Facklamia languida is a Gram-positive bacteria from the family of Facklamia which has been isolated from humans.
Facklamia miroungae is a Gram-positive and facultatively anaerobic bacteria from the family of Facklamia which has been isolated from the nasal cavity of a southern elephant seal.
Facklamia sourekii is a Gram-positive and facultatively anaerobic bacteria from the family of Facklamia which has been isolated from humans.
Ignavigranum is a Gram-positive, facultatively anaerobic non-spore-forming and non-motile genus of bacteria from the family of Aerococcaceae with one known species.
Ignavigranum ruoffiae is a Gram-positive and facultatively anaerobic bacteria from the family of Ignavigranum which has been isolated from a human wound in the United States.
Pseudonocardia aurantiaca is a Gram-positive and aerobic bacterium from the genus of Pseudonocardia which has been isolated from soil from Jianchuan in China.
Clostridium isatidis is a Gram-positive, anaerobic and moderate thermophilic bacterium from the genus Clostridium.
Clostridium methoxybenzovorans is a strictly anaerobic and spore-forming bacterium from the genus Clostridium which has been isolated from olive mill wastewater from Sfax in Tunisia.
Ornithinicoccus is a Gram-positive and non-motile bacterial genus from the family of Intrasporangiaceae.
Ornithinicoccus hortensis is a Gram-positive bacterium species from the genus Ornithinicoccus which has been isolated from garden soil from Gießen in Germany.
