Farkhan-e Sofla (Persian : فرخان سفلي, also Romanized as Farkhān-e Soflā; also known as Farkhān-e Pā’īn) [1] is a village in Sudlaneh Rural District, in the Central District of Quchan County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,044, in 249 families. [2]
