State Road 575 (SR 575) is a short state road in and near Lacoochee, Florida. At both ends it continues as a county road.

Like many county roads in the state of Florida, it was originally a state highway that was downgraded to a county road during the great renumbering of 1980. CR 575 begins at the intersection of CR 41 (formerly SR 41) and CR 41 Alt. near Blanton, as Trilby Road and winds through rural northeastern Pasco County, first in a north–south direction, then in a more east–west direction. Entering Trilby itself, it crosses the Withlacoochee State Trail, then intersects with US 98 at a blinker-light intersection. At the intersection of US 301 at Trilacoochee it regains the state highway status it held long ago.
As SR 575 crosses the Hernando County Line near the Withlacoochee River, it reverts to a county road again on its way to State Road 50.
State Road 50 runs across the center of the U.S. state of Florida through Orlando, with its termini at SR 55 at Weeki Wachee and SR 5 in Titusville.
State Road 584, locally known as Tampa Road, is a two-mile-long street connecting Curlew Road and SR 580 in Oldsmar, Florida. A western continuation along Tampa Road extends six miles (10 km) until its intersection with Alternate US 19-SR 595 near Ozona and one mile (1.6 km) north of Dunedin. At the eastern terminus of SR 584, Tampa Road becomes SR 580 and Hillsborough Avenue, a major highway serving Tampa International Airport in Hillsborough County.
State Road 54 is located in the Tampa Bay Area, north of Tampa itself, and runs from US 19 in Elfers in the west to US 301 in Zephyrhills, in the east. In between it passes through Wesley Chapel, Land o' Lakes, and Elfers.
State Road 76, also known and signed as Kanner Highway, is a 31.504-mile-long (50.701 km) northeast-southwest state highway connecting Port Mayaca on the shore of Lake Okeechobee at the intersection with US 98-441 with Stuart on the shore of the St. Lucie River near the Atlantic Ocean and the Treasure Coast at an intersection with US 1. It parallels the nearby St. Lucie Canal, a navigable waterway connecting the lake and the ocean.
State Road 40 is a 91.8-mile-long (147.7 km) east–west highway across northern and east-central Florida, running from U.S. Highway 41 (US 41) in Rainbow Lakes Estates eastwards through Ocala over the Ocklawaha River and through the heart of the Ocala National Forest to SR A1A in Ormond Beach. Names of the road include Silver Springs Boulevard in Ocala, Fort Brooks Road from Silver Springs through Astor, Butler Road in Astor, and Granada Boulevard in Ormond Beach. Former sections in Ormond Beach are named "Old Tomoka Road" and "Old Tomoka Avenue."
State Road 53 (SR 53) is a 19.170-mile-long (30.851 km) north–south state highway in the panhandle of northern Florida. Its southern terminus is an interchange with Interstate 10 near Lee and Madison; the northern terminus is at the Georgia state line near Cherry Lake, Florida. Part of SR 53, from Harvey Greene Drive north to SR 14, is also signed SR 14 Truck, a rare special state highway in Florida.
State Road 44 is an east–west state highway in the U.S. state of Florida. It runs from Crystal River on the Gulf of Mexico east to New Smyrna Beach on the Atlantic Ocean, passing through Inverness, Wildwood, Leesburg and DeLand.
State Road 6 (SR 6) is an east–west route in Madison and Hamilton Counties, running from U.S. Route 90 (US 90) east of Madison to US 129 in Jasper, the last five miles (8 km) concurrent with US 41.
State Road 145 runs north from US 90 and State Road 53 in Madison to the Georgia border, where it becomes State Route 31. It is also a short route in Fort Walton Beach between US 98 and State Road 85.
State Road 87 is a 51.687-mile-long (83.182 km) north–south highway in the state of Florida that extends from U.S. Route 98 to the Alabama state line where it becomes State Route 41. All of SR 87 is contained within Santa Rosa County.
State Road 471 is a two-lane rural highway primarily in Sumter County in the state of Florida. It runs north and south from U.S. Route 98 (US 98) in northwestern Polk County to US 301 near Sumterville in Sumter County.
State Road 48 (SR 48) was an east–west state highway that ran from U.S. Highway 41 in Floral City, Florida, to Florida State Road 19 in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. In the last years of the route's existence, it was a 2.167 miles (3.487 km) state road in Bushnell, Florida, which ran from Interstate 75 (I-75) at exit 314 to U.S. Highway 301 (US 301). Today, all segments are designated County Road 48 (CR 48), where they are under county maintenance. Segments in Sumter County are part of the Scenic Sumter Heritage Byway.
State Road 134 (SR 134) is an 11-mile-long (18 km), east–west signed state highway located entirely in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida, in the U.S. state of Florida. It extends from SR 228 to U.S. Route 17 (US 17). It is known as 103rd Street west of Wesconnett Boulevard and Timuquana Road east of the intersection. The road is between four and six lanes wide.
State Road 349 (SR 349) is a two-lane state highway in eastern Dixie and Lafayette counties, near the Suwannee River. It is 24 miles (39 km) long. Near Fletcher, it intersects County Road 351 (CR 351), a major access road to Cross City and Horseshoe Beach. The northern terminus at the intersection of U.S. Highway 27 (US 27) in Grady, which is on the west side of the Suwannee River near Branford. The southern terminus of SR 349 is at an intersection of US 19/US 27 Alternate/US 98 in Old Town, although it extends southward to Suwannee as CR 349.
U.S. Highway 19 (US 19) runs about 262 miles (422 km) along Florida's west coast from an interchange with US 41 in Memphis, south of Tampa, and continues to the Georgia border north of Monticello.
U.S. Highway 41 (US 41) in the state of Florida is a north–south United States Highway. It runs 479 miles (771 km) from Miami in South Florida northwest to the Georgia state line north of the Lake City area. Within the state, US 41 is paralleled by Interstate 75 (I-75) all the way from Miami to Georgia, and I-75 has largely supplanted US 41 as a major highway.
U.S. Route 301 in Florida runs from the Sarasota-Bradenton-Venice, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area northeast to the Greater Jacksonville Metropolitan Area. Despite the road being a spur of U.S. Route 1, none of it's Terminus end at that route, though it does intersect it in Callahan.
State Road 121 is a major state highway that runs north and south in northern Florida. The road is part of a long multi-state route that also goes through Georgia and South Carolina.
State Road 464 is a short state and county road in Marion County, Florida. The road is primarily in southern Ocala, but extends outside of the city limits.
State Road 235 is a south–north state highway in Alachua County, Florida. It runs from U.S. Route 441 in Alachua to Brooker, and has county-maintained segments in Alachua and Bradford Counties, which were once part of SR 235.
