Mandurah is a coastal city in the Australian state of Western Australia, situated approximately 72 kilometres (45 mi) south of the state capital, Perth. It is the state's second-largest city, with a population just ahead of that of Bunbury.
The Mandurah railway line is a hybrid suburban rail/rapid transit railway line on the Transperth Trains network in Western Australia that runs from Perth south to the state's second largest city Mandurah. For part of its route, it traverses the median strip of the Kwinana Freeway.
The FA Cup Final, commonly referred to in England as just the Cup Final, is the last match in the Football Association Challenge Cup. It is one of the most attended domestic football events in the world, with an official attendance of 89,472 at the 2017 final. The match is the culmination of a knockout competition among clubs belonging to The Football Association in England, although Scottish and Irish teams competed in the early years and Welsh teams regularly compete, with Cardiff City winning the Cup in 1927 and reaching the final in 1925 and 2008. Since 1923 it has been played mostly at Wembley Stadium.

Rushton Park is an Australian rules football ground located in Mandurah, Western Australia. Having been in use as a football ground since the early 1960s, the ground is currently used as a home ground by three clubs: the Peel Thunder, competing in the West Australian Football League (WAFL), the Mandurah Mustangs, competing in the Peel Football League (PFL), and the Peel Thunderbirds, competing in the West Australian Women's Football League (WAWFL). Rushton Park is the only regularly-used ground in the WAFL that falls outside the Perth metropolitan area.

The club has 300 registered players which also includes Juniors, Social, Women, Semi-pro and Masters teams. They currently (2019) compete in the Football West State League Division 1.
The A-League Pre-Season Challenge Cup competition was an annual soccer tournament held for all A-League clubs in July and August in the lead up to the start of the A-League season. The competition featured a group stage and a knockout stage. Commentators did not give much weight to the competition as a guide for performance during the season proper, as injuries or club strategic policy ruled that many teams did not use their best players and often used experimental tactics. The Pre-Season Cup was removed from the 2009–10 A-League schedule in order to give the clubs more control over their own pre-season training.
Mandjoogoordap Drive, meaning "meeting place of the heart" in the indigenous Noongar language, is a dual carriageway road which links the Western Australian city of Mandurah to the Kwinana Freeway. It was officially opened on 7 October 2010. The road was known as Mandurah Entrance Road during its construction and is usually referred to as the Mandurah Link.
Rodney Donald "Rod" Tregenza is a former Australian rules footballer. Originally playing for the South Mandurah Football Club in the Peel Football League (PFL), Tregenza was a member of Peel Thunder's squad for their first season in the West Australian Football League (WAFL), and later also played for East Fremantle, winning the Bernie Naylor Medal as the leading goalkicker in the competition in 1999 and 2000. He was recruited by the Kangaroos in the Australian Football League (AFL) in the 2001 Rookie Draft, but did not play a game for the club, subsequently signing with the South Adelaide Football Club in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). Tregenza returned to Western Australian in 2005, playing one final season with East Fremantle. He remains a prolific goalkicker with South Mandurah, having kicked over 1000 goals in his time at the club.
The 2015 Football West season is the second season under the new competition format in Western Australia. The overall premier for the new structure qualifies for the National Premier Leagues finals series, competing with the other state federation champions in a final knockout tournament to decide the National Premier Leagues Champion for 2015.
The 2016 Football West season is the third season under the new competition format in Western Australia. The overall premier for the new structure – Perth – qualifies for the National Premier Leagues finals series, competing with the other Federation champions in a final knockout tournament to decide the National Premier Leagues Champion for 2016.
The 2017 Football West season was the fourth season under the new competition format in Western Australia. The NPL premier Bayswater City qualified for the National Premier Leagues finals series, and were eliminated at the quarter-final stage.
The 2017 President's Cup was the fourth President's Cup contested for. The match was played between 2016 League of Ireland Premier Division champions Dundalk and 2016 FAI Cup winners Cork City on 17 February 2017, at Turners Cross. Cork City won the game 3-0, with goals from Seán Maguire, Kevin O'Connor and Karl Sheppard, making Cork City the first team to retain the trophy. This was the second successive match between the sides, and Dundalk's third successive appearance in the competition.
Mandurah Storm Rugby League Club is an Australian rugby league club based in the city of Mandurah, Western Australia. The club was founded in 2013. They currently compete in the WARL, the top-tier state division of rugby league in Western Australia and they manage junior and senior teams. Currently, the coach of the Mandurah Storm is Dan Mackie.
