Critical reception

The song received mostly positive reviews, with Rolling Stone has described the song as, "pointed, whirling through post-punk dance-floor raging and gospel-choir riffing while Kesha coolly yet saucily purrs carefree raps" [3] , with NME adding on, "she belts to the heavens until a jazzy disco bassline drops and she gets down to business." [4]
