Freez FM is a Dutch commercial regional radio station which broadcasts nonstop pop and rock music, interspersed with regional news.
Freez FM was founded in 2000, when it broadcast on 96.6 FM in North Friesland, 96.0 FM in East Friesland and 94.1 FM in Southwest Friesland. After the Zero Base auction in June 2003 the station added a wave frequency in Groningen on 89.1 FM. From December 2003 the station could also be heard in the Randstad on 96.3 FM in Alkmaar, 93.6 FM in Amsterdam, 97.3 FM in Haarlem and 97.4 FM in Purmerend. [1]
In 2004, the North Holland frequencies were acquired by WILD FM. On 21 September 2006 in the Groningen frequency was acquired by RADIONL. A day later RADIONL could also be heard on the Frisian frequencies. Freez FM ceased to exist.
On 1 March 2013 Freez FM was back. This time it could be heard on the station frequencies that were previously used by Arrow Classic Rock Noord. The new Freez FM had the same format as the previous Freez FM and its yellow/black logo was based on the old logo.
Along with Waterstad FM and RADIONL, Freez FM was owned by the NDC Mediagroep. NDC has sold its radio stations on 1 May 2013 to Beheer Regionale Radio, operator of TV Oranje. From April 2015 Freez FM features also presented programs.
On 30 December 2015 the station disappeared from the airwaves to make place for Radio 8FM. The station returned via DAB+ in Friesland in January 2016 and in the northern region of North-Holland.
Radio 538 is a Dutch commercial radio station active since 1992 and based in Hilversum. It is the second most-listened-to radio station in the Netherlands. Radio 538 refers to the wavelength that Radio Veronica was broadcast on in the seventies. This station was intended for the younger generation and is owned by Talpa Network. It plays a hybrid of current dance, R'n'B, pop and rock hits, mainly based upon the Dutch Top 40 chart. The station neither focuses on a CHR/Top-40 format, nor a more Dance-intensive approach. The breakfast and drivetime shows are more talk-intensive than others. Traditionally, the station was only obtained through cable, however in 1998 the station upgraded to a different frequency package, allowing for different frequencies by region. Radio 538 started the hip-hop and contemporary R&B program Juize, which developed into the radio station Juize.FM on 18 July 2004. Later, in 2011, Radio 538 created a sister station called TV 538.
The Breeze is a New Zealand radio station playing an adult contemporary music format owned by MediaWorks New Zealand, playing a variety of music from the 70s, 80s, 90s and also current hits. The Breeze network broadcasts to 21 markets throughout New Zealand, with each station presenting a mixture of local and network programming. From 2017 through to now, The Breeze had phenomenal ratings success becoming New Zealand's number one music station a rise from 5th in 2016 and in 2021 reaching its highest ever audience in excess of 671,000 listeners. The Breeze as of the latest survey results in October 2021 is NZ’s number one music station for the 10th survey in a row.
ZM is a New Zealand contemporary hit radio network owned by New Zealand Media and Entertainment. It broadcasts 19 markets throughout mainland New Zealand via terrestrial FM, and worldwide via the Internet. The network targets the 15–39 demographic specialises in a chart-music playlist of pop, rock, hip hop and dance music. It reaches approximately 486,800 listeners weekly, making it the fifth largest commercial radio station in New Zealand.

Port FM was a local radio station based in Timaru, New Zealand that broadcast throughout South Canterbury and the MacKenzie Country. It also operated as a network with sister-stations in Ashburton and Oamaru known as 'Port FM Local'. Port FM's music genre was contemporary rock and pop, with the bulk of the weekday playlist made up of music from the mid eighties through the early nineties. The main station was used as a network feed for Port FM Local in Ashburton and Oamaru during breakfast, nights and weekends.
KGFK is a radio station broadcasting a classic rock format. Licensed to East Grand Forks, Minnesota, it serves the Grand Forks, North Dakota metropolitan area. The station also broadcasts on translators K239BG in Grand Forks and K248DH in East Grand Forks. It first began broadcasting in 1959 under the call sign KRAD and used the call sign KCNN for several years. The station is currently owned by Leighton Broadcasting, and competes with iHeartMedia's active rock 107.5 KJKJ "KJ108" and classic hits KQHT "96.1 The Fox".
KORL-FM is a commercial FM radio station licensed to Waianae, Hawaii, and serving the Honolulu metropolitan area. The station broadcasts an oldies radio format and is owned by Hochman Hawaii-Three, Inc.. It also transmits on Oceanic Time Warner Cable digital channel 883 for the entire state of Hawaii. Its radio studios are located in Downtown Honolulu.
CJAQ-FM is a Canadian radio station, which broadcasts at 96.9 FM in Calgary, Alberta. The station uses the on-air brand name Jack 96.9. It is the second "Jack" station in Canada and the world, after its sister CJAX-FM in Vancouver. CJAQ's studios are located on 7th Avenue Southwest in downtown Calgary, while its transmitter is located on Patina Hill Drive Southwest in the Prominence Point neighbourhood in west Calgary.
WIXO is a radio station in Peoria, Illinois. It is owned by Cumulus Media, which also owns several other radio stations in the market. Cumulus purchased WIXO and its sister stations from Townsquare Media. Originally on 99.9 MHz before 2006, it moved to 105.7, a much higher-power license that reaches a large portion of Central Illinois.
WFTK is a commercial FM radio station licensed to Lebanon, Ohio, and serving the Cincinnati metropolitan area. It is owned by Cumulus Media and broadcasts an active rock radio format, known as "Cincinnati's Pure Rock." The studios and offices are on Montgomery Road in North Cincinnati.
WAQZ was the alternative rock FM radio station in the Cincinnati, Ohio area for the most part of 15 years, from 1991 to 2006. Throughout its history, the station was broadcast at 107.1 FM from 1991 to 1998, and it was broadcast at 97.3 FM from 2000 to 2006.
Arrow Classic Rock is a Dutch radio station, that plays classic rock and some modern rock. Arrow Classic Rock broadcasts on FM and is also receivable via cable, all nationwide. Owned by Ad Ossendrijver and Willem van Kooten, the station started broadcasts via all Dutch cablenetworks in 1996 and bought AM 828 from Veronica FM in 1998. In 2003 the frequencies of medium wave had been redistributed and the station moved to AM 675. In May 2007 Crosspoints BV, the company which produced Arrow Classic Rock and Arrow Jazz FM bought Caz! to use their FM frequencies. On 31 January 2008 they ceased their AM transmissions, transmitting an announcement in English advising their move to FM and to use the web stream. Three evenings a week, a variety of program specials can be heard. On Monday Liselotte Hegt presents the program Arrow High Voltage!, on Tuesday Arie Verstegen presented Symphonic Mania! and Wednesday to hear the Bluesbox Gerry Jungen.
Real Radio XS was a classic rock independent local radio service broadcast on DAB in various parts of the United Kingdom. It was formerly part of the Rock Radio group of stations owned by GMG Radio, and whilst initially a separate station, latterly carried programming sourced from 106.1 Real Radio XS in Manchester.

It also emerged as South East Asia's No.1 Tamil radio station by beating Minnal FM and Singapore based Oli 96.8FM.
