Gems - The Duets Collection is the 21st studio album by American pop singer Michael Bolton. The album was released on Montaigne Records / Legacy Recordings / Sony Music on 21 June 2011. [4] It features productions by acclaimed songwriters, producers and musicians including A.R. Rahman, David Foster, Dann Huff and Rudy Perez. [5] [6] [7] [8]

Pop music is a genre of popular music that originated in its modern form in the United States and United Kingdom during the mid-1950s. Michael Bolotin, known professionally as Michael Bolton, is an American singer and songwriter. Bolton originally performed in the hard rock and heavy metal genres from the mid-1970s to the mid-1980s, both on his early solo albums and those he recorded as the frontman of the band Blackjack. He became better known for his series of pop rock ballads, recorded after a stylistic change in the late 1980s.

Legacy Recordings is an American record label that is a division of Sony Music. Formed in 1990 after Sony's acquisition of CBS Records, Legacy originally handled the archives of Sony Music-owned labels Columbia Records and Epic Records. In 2004, under the Sony BMG joint venture, the label began to manage the archives of RCA Records, J Records, Windham Hill Records, Arista, LaFace, Jive, and Buddah Records. Legacy Recordings now also handles Philadelphia International Records and the catalog of recordings produced by Phil Spector.

Coco Lee Hong Kong actor and musician

Coco Lee is a Hong Kong-born American singer-songwriter, record producer, dancer, and actress. Lee's career began in Hong Kong and then expanded to Taiwan. Her single, "Do You Want My Love" also entered the US music charts. Her first full-length English language album was Just No Other Way. As a Chinese American, Lee is the first and only person of Chinese ethnicity to perform at the Oscars; she performed the Best Original Song nominated, "A Love Before Time" from the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

"Said I Loved You...But I Lied" is a song by the American pop music singer Michael Bolton. The song was co-written and co-produced by Bolton and Robert John "Mutt" Lange. Released as the first single from his multi-platinum 1993 album The One Thing, the song reached the US top 40 in November 1993 and eventually became Bolton's seventh and most recent top-ten hit on the Billboard Hot 100 when it peaked at number six in early 1994. The song also spent 12 weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks chart, the singer's eighth chart-topper on this chart. The single was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America and earned Bolton a Grammy nomination in the category Best Male Pop Vocal performance at the 37th Grammy Awards.
