Lengeman III of AllMusic notes the "hard-edged industrial-styled beats (b.p.m. included) from Jason Whitcomb and Jeff Hillard on a variety of electronics, percussion and vocals, with guest bass and piano from Dan Bates. Several of the 12 tracks feature vocals, and the rest are sample-heavy instrumentals." [1]

Non-aggression Pact is an urban-electro-industrial music group from Tampa, Florida. The band was formed in 1992 by keyboardist/drummer, Jeff Hillard and keyboardist/vocalist Jason Whitcomb. Their music featured an abrasive industrial-dance sound, with funky, grind-hop drum loops overlain by harsh vocals and thought-provoking audio samples from various movies and documentaries. Their lyrics focused mostly on the issues of racism and mass media.

The Wash is the soundtrack to DJ Pooh's 2001 comedy film The Wash. It was released on November 6, 2001 through Aftermath/Doggystyle/Interscope Records. For this release the cassettes were wrapped in aluminum sheet metal and each copy contained a booklet of contacts, artwork and graphics.
Repossessed/Non-Aggression Pact is a split album by Xorcist and Non-Aggression Pact, released in January 1992 by GPC Productions. The album was packaged in a candy bar design and featured a sixty-page booklet containing art, advertisements, contacts, graphics and interviews as well as reviews of concerts, magazines, video, and other musical projects. The release set a precedence for the future GPC releases, which continued to contain detalied booklets.
GPC Productions was an independent record label based in Allentown, Pennsylvania started in 1989 by Alex Kananowicz. The label primarily focused on issuing records by artists who were interested in experimenting with electronic-based industrial music. Kananowicz used the label to distribute his side projects to Sinister Attraction, namely: Sin Factor, ...less than 24 hours.../Journey Into the Fields of Pain and Original Sin/Machine Religion. It also served as an outlet for musical acts such as Blink Twice, Kevorkian Death Cycle and The MAS.
