"Glorious Mind" is Zard's 43rd and first posthumous single by Japanese band Zard. It was released single on December 12, 2007 through B-Gram Records label.
The song was the last song recorded by Izumi Sakai before she died. Although the song was not complete at the time of Izumi Sakai's death, the chorus part had been recorded with assistance of Yuri Nakamura from Japanese pop band Garnet Crow. The extra minutes recorded in English were from another unrelated and unreleased song.
The song was used as a 21st opening theme song of Detective Conan .
The single debuted at number 2 on the Japanese Oricon weekly charts and sold over 84,000 copies in total. [1] This became Zard's best performing single since 2002.

Zard were a Japanese pop rock group, originally with five members, with lead vocalist Izumi Sakai as its only constant member. Zard's work was sold under the record label B-Gram Records, Inc. Their most popular and successful songs are "Makenaide" (1993) (負けないで), "Yureru Omoi" (1993) (揺れる想い), and "My Friend" (1996). As of 2023, Zard has sold over 38 million records, making them one of the best-selling music artists in Japan.
Sachiko Kamachi, known professionally as Izumi Sakai, was a female Japanese pop singer, songwriter, music producer and member of the group Zard. As Sakai was the only member in the group for the majority of the 16 years which it was active, Zard and Sakai may be referred to interchangeably. She was the best-selling female recording artist of the 1990s and has sold over 38 million copies of sales, making her one of the best-selling music artists in Japan of all time.
"Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku" is a song written by Izumi Sakai and Tetsurō Oda, originally recorded and released as the fourth single by Japanese rock band Field of View on March 11, 1996. The song serves as the opening theme to the anime series Dragon Ball GT, and the ending theme to the theatrical film Dragon Ball: The Path to Power. The single reached number four on the Oricon Singles Chart, and sold over 400,000 copies. Sakai released a cover of "Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku" with her group Zard on their 1996 album Today Is Another Day.
Golden Best: 15th Anniversary is Zard's fifth compilation album. Released in October 2006 under B-Gram Records. The album peaked #1 at Oricon weekly, charted for eighty one weeks and sold 942,220 units.
Mō Sagasanai is the second studio album of Japanese band Zard. It was released on December 25, 1991, released under B-Gram label. In 1991, B-Gram released this album in cassette tape and CD format. In 1993, B-Gram Records re-released this album only in CD format (BGCH-1004).
Kimi to no Distance is the Zard 11th and final studio album, released on September 7, 2005 under B-Gram Records label. The album consist theme songs used for anime television series Detective Conan. Although Sakai released singles in 2006, this was Izumi Sakai's last album before her death in 2007.
"Don't You See!" is the 19th single by Japanese rock band Zard. It was released on 8 cm CD on January 6, 1997 under B-Gram Records. The single reached No. 1 rank first week and would go on to chart for 14 weeks, selling more than 600,000 copies. The song was written by the band's vocalist, Izumi Sakai and would serve as the second closing theme song for Dragon Ball GT. Following Sakai death in 2007, it would be ranked as her sixth best song on the Oricon polls.
"Unmei no Roulette Mawashite" is Zard's 25th single released on September 17, 1998, under B-Gram Records label. The single reached #1 rank during the first week after being released. It charted for 9 weeks and sold 247,000 copies. When Izumi Sakai died, it was elected as her fourth best song on the Oricon polls.
Makenaide is the 6th single by Zard released on 27 January 1993 under B-Gram Records label.
"Eien" is Zard's 22nd single released on August 20, 1997 under B-Gram Records label. Junichi Watanabe, the writer of the novel, wrote the title word "Eien" of the CD cover. The single reached rank number 1 first week. It charted for 13 weeks and sold 628,000 copies. When Izumi Sakai died in 2007, it was selected as her fifth best song on the Oricon polls.
"My Friend" is the 17th single by Zard, released 8 January 1996. The single debuted at ranked #1 on its first week. It charted for 21 weeks and sold over a million copies, becoming the third highest-selling single in Zard's career. When she died, it was elected as her third best song on the Oricon polls. The song is best known as the 4th Ending theme for Slam Dunk anime.
"Yureru Omoi" is the 8th single by Zard and released 19 May 1993 under B-Gram Records label. The single debuted at #1 rank two weeks. It charted for 20 weeks and sold over 1,396,000 copies and became second highest-selling single in her career. When she died, it was elected as her second best song on the Oricon polls.
"Fushigi ne... (不思議ね…)" is the 2nd single by Zard and released 25 June 1991 under B-Gram Records label. The single debuted at #30 rank first week. It charted for 5 weeks and sold over 31,000 copies.
"Sayonara wa Ima mo Kono Mune ni Imasu (サヨナラは今もこの胸に居ます)" is the 16th single by Zard and released 28 August 1995 under B-Gram Records label. The single debuted at #1 rank first week. It charted for 8 weeks and sold over 551,000 copies.
"Sekai wa Kitto Mirai no Naka" is the 29th single by Zard, released 16 June 1999 under the B-Gram Records label. As with their previous singles Atarashii Door and Good Day, this single doesn't include an alternate song. The single debuted at #2 the first week. It charted for nine weeks and sold over 201,000 copies. This marked the 24th consecutive single by ZARD, since Makenaide, which reached the top three in the Oricon rankings.
