The Ternopil Oblast Council is the regional oblast council (parliament) of the Ternopil Oblast (province) located in western Ukraine. The council is composed of 64 members and is situated in the oblast's administrative center Ternopil.

Due to the current Russo-Ukrainian War Donetsk Oblast is, since 5 March 2015, assigned as a civil–military administration. Hence the governor of Donetsk Oblast is officially called Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Civil Administration.

On 29 Aug 2016, he was promoted to head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine. Under a presidential decrees signed on 21 May 2019, he was dismissed by new President Volodymyr Zelensky.
