Burgess Hill is a town and civil parish in West Sussex, England, close to the border with East Sussex, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, 39 mi (63 km) south of London, 10 mi (16 km) north of Brighton and Hove, and 29 mi (47 km) northeast of the county town, Chichester. It had an area of 3.7 sq mi (9.6 km2) and a population of 30,635 at the 2011 Census, making it the fourth most populous parish in the county and the most populous in the Mid Sussex District. Other nearby towns include Haywards Heath to the northeast and Lewes, the county town of East Sussex, to the southeast.

Located circa 16 km from Dublin city centre, the development-in-progress is based on a 220 hectare Strategic Development Zone site south of the N4 road and Lucan, west of Liffey tributary the Griffeen River and north of the Grand Canal. No date has been set for the official granting of any specific long-term official status but development is underway since 2005 and as of 2015, perhaps 4,500 of a planned population of 25,000 were resident. The planned scale of development is 9,000 to 10,000 dwellings, with aligned supporting infrastructure including public transport links. Adamstown is in the jurisdiction of South Dublin County Council.

Reading Green Park railway station is a railway station in Green Park, Berkshire, England. The station serves the Green Park business area and the Madejski Stadium, as well as the Green Park Village residential development. It is on the Reading to Basingstoke Line, south of Southcote Junction. The station opened later than planned on 27 May 2023, due to construction delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Initially conceived as a business park, it now also encompasses a residential development of more than 1,300 new homes, including apartment blocks and "New-England" style houses. There are also shops, restaurants, a school and a new railway station. The Madejski Stadium, home of Reading Football Club, adjoins Green Park to the east.
