Guri (Persian : گوري‎, also Romanized as Gūrī)^[1] is a village in Miyan Jovin Rural District, Helali District, Joghatai County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 977, in 259 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

The Helali District is a district (bakhsh) in Joghatai County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 24,096, in 5,863 families. The District has not city. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Miyan Jovin Rural District and Pain Jovin Rural District.

Joghatai County is a county in Razavi Khorasan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Joghatai. It was separated from Sabzevar County in September 2008. At the 2006 census, its population was 45,970, in 11,534 families. The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Helali District. The county has one city: Joghatai.
