Guy Phoenix is a Nottingham-based property developer that builds homes primarily in the United Kingdom, and France. Formed over 20 years ago[ when? ] in Nottingham, the company has developed some luxurious properties in the UK.

In 2019, Guy Phoenix completed the development of Hermitage in the village of Edwalton, which went on the market at £10 million and has been described as the most expensive property in the East Midlands. [1] Featuring a helicopter pad and panic room, it was compared to somewhere James Bond would live in by the British newspaper the Daily Mirror . [2] In November 2018, the property attracted attention in the Times newspaper [3] over plans to include a landing pad for flying cars. It also featured in magazines The Art of Luxury, [4] and Design Buy Build. [5]

Other Guy Phoenix developments that have attracted media coverage include Fairmont, also in Edwalton, [6] and Tanglewood in Colston Bassett, both valued at over £4 million. It initially caught the media spotlight through the inclusion of fish tanks including live sharks in their properties, a story that was covered by the BBC in 2007. [7]

The company was featured in the Nottingham Post in January 2018, following the formation of Guy Phoenix Interiors. [8] In 2019 the company sponsored the Nottingham Post Sports award for the Nottinghamshire County Cricket Player of the Year. [9]

King Power MahaNakhon, formerly known as MahaNakhon (มหานคร), is a mixed-use skyscraper in the Silom/Sathon central business district of Bangkok, Thailand. It was opened in December 2016. It features the unconventional appearance of a glass curtain walled square tower with a cuboid-surfaced spiral cut into the side of the building.
