2019 Pan American Games 18th edition of the Pan American Games

The 2019 Pan American Games, officially the XVIII Pan American Games and commonly known as the Lima 2019 Pan-Am Games or Lima 2019, were a multi-sport event governed by the Panam Sports Organization, was held in Lima, Peru from July 26 to August 11, 2019, with preliminary rounds in certain events having begun on July 24, 2019.

Elsabeth Ann "Ellie" Black is a Canadian artistic gymnast. She is a two-time Olympian, having represented her country at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. She is the 2017 World all-around silver medalist, making her the first Canadian gymnast to win a world all-around medal. Black is also the 2018 Commonwealth Games all-around champion, a two time Pan American Games all-around champion champion, and a six-time Canadian national all-around champion. At the 2016 Olympic Games, Black finished 5th in the individual all-around.

Brooklyn Moors is a Canadian artistic gymnast. A senior since 2017, she made her major international debut at the 2017 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in October, where she placed 5th in the Floor Exercise finals and 15th in the All-Around, and was awarded the Longines Prize for Elegance. Brooklyn announced on Instagram that she verbally committed to UCLA on November 18, 2018 and will be part of the graduating gymnastics class of 2024.

Kara Eaker is an American artistic gymnast and a member of the United States' women's national gymnastics team since 2017. She is primarily known for her elegant, difficult, and innovative routines and combinations on the balance beam, as well as her artistry and strong execution of tumbling and dance skills on floor exercise. On balance beam, she is the 2018 Pan American and 2019 Pan American Games champion and a two-time United States national silver medalist. On floor exercise, she is the 2019 Pan American Games silver medalist and the 2018 Pan American bronze medalist. She was a member of the American teams that won gold at the 2018 and 2019 World Championships, the 2019 Pan American Games, and the 2018 Pan American Championships.

The women's artistic skating free skating at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru was held between July 26–27 at the Polideportivo 3.

The women's artistic team final at the 2019 Pan American Games was held on July 27 at the Polideportivo Villa el Salvador in Lima, Peru. This event also served as the qualification for the all-around and event finals.
