Armament

NRP Guadiana (P593) (ex-HDMS Skaden (P561)) is a former patrol boat of the Royal Danish Navy. Since 2015 she is in service with the Portuguese Navy.

History

She is the fifth ship from series 2 of the Flyvefisken class, which is also known as the Standardflex 300 or SF300 class. She was launched in 1994, with the commissioning taking place on 10 April 1995.

In October 2014, Skaden was sold to the Portuguese Navy together with four other ships of the class. She was renamed Guadiana. After a refit she was commissioned in 2015.
