HELP International School (commonly known as HIS) is an international school founded in 2014 in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. [1] It is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and is a full member of the Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA) [2] HIS is part of the wider HELP Education Group, including HELP University and its two sister schools. [3]

Help International School first opened its doors to students in 2014 under its founding Principal, Dr Gerard Louis. He was succeeded in August 2015 by Davina McCarthy, and then in August 2019 by Martin Van Rijswijk.

As of 2024, the school has over 1400 students. [4] The school has a well developed curriculum with a particular focus on STEAM subjects, as well as a large amount of additional facilities. [5] An extension to the building was completed in August 2022 allowing the development of a new technology workshop, art studios and additional classroom space.

Asraruddin Putra Omar is a Malaysian professional footballer. He has represented the Malaysia national football team, as well as the Malaysia U-23 and Malaysia U-20 squads. Asraruddin was captain of Selangor FC during the 2013 season. He is currently the captain of Kelana United, a team that participated in the Subang Football League in the 2021 season.

He has served as Assistant National Publicity Secretary of DAP since March 2022 and State Deputy Chairman of DAP of Selangor since November 2024. He was also the State Vice Chairman prior to his promotion to the State Deputy Chairman in November 2024.
