Hafizabad (Persian : حفيظاباد‎, also Romanized as Ḩafīz̧ābād)^[1] is a village in Zaveh Rural District, in the Central District of Zaveh County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 113, in 26 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Zaveh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Zaveh County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 17,423, in 4,287 families. The rural district has 31 villages.
