Henri Mikael Hurskainen (born 13 September 1986) is a Swedish badminton player who competed for Sweden at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. [2] [3] [4] Hurskainen has won several gold and silver medals in badminton championships. Hurskainen was born in Emmaboda, Sweden, [4] to Finnish parents who had moved to Sweden in the 1980s. [5]

BWF Grand Prix

Ville Lång Finnish badminton player

Ville Lång is a badminton player from Finland. He won ten consecutive Finland's National Championship men's singles title in 2005–2014, and 3 men's doubles title in 2010, 2011, and 2017. In 2003, he won bronze at the European Junior Championships. Lång competed at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics. He announced his retirement on 31 January 2016, and received a meritorious service award from BWF. After retired from the international competition, Lång started his coaching career first in Paris where he coached the league team Aulnay-sous-Bois after which he has been the head coach of one local club in Sweden. In 2019, he was elected as vice chairman of BWF Athletes' Commission to represent the needs and views of athletes to the BWF council and committees.

Elin Bergblom is a Swedish badminton player. Bergblom started her junior career in Täby Badmintonförening, and won her first national junior title in 1995 in the girls' and mixed doubles event. she represented her country competed at the 1999 European Youth Summer Olympic in Esbjerg, Denmark. Bergblom won the Swedish National senior title 9 times from 2002 to 2012, 5 in women's doubles, 3 in mixed doubles and once in women's singles event. Throughout her career, she ever been played for the Uppsala KFUM. She won the bronze medals at the 2006 and 2008 European Championship in the women's doubles event partnered with Johanna Persson.

Nico Mikael Ruponen is a Swedish male badminton player. In 2012, he won the Kharkiv International in the mixed doubles event partnered with Amanda Högström. In 2016, he and Richard Eidestedt had to battle through the qualification round at the Orleans International tournament before reach the finals, finally they won the men's doubles title after beat Hardianto and Haryanto of Indonesia.
