Hong Kong Squash (HKS) is the National Organisation for Squash in Hong Kong.
Squash is a ball sport played by two (singles) or four players in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. The players must alternate in striking the ball with their racquet and hit the ball onto the playable surfaces of the four walls of the court.
Hong Kong, officially the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and commonly abbreviated as HK, is a special administrative region on the eastern side of the Pearl River estuary in southern China. With over 7.4 million people of various nationalities in a 1,104-square-kilometre (426 sq mi) territory, Hong Kong is the world's fourth most densely populated region.

The World Squash Federation (WSF) is the international federation for squash, an indoor racquet sport which was formerly called "squash rackets." The WSF is recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the International Federation (IF) for squash, and is also a member of the SportAccord and the Association of the IOC Recognised International Sports Federations (ARISF).
The Asian Squash Federation was formed on November 29, 1980, at the suggestion of Pakistan and the "First Meeting of Squash Playing Nations of Asia", held in Karachi. The founder members were Bahrain, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.

Hong Kong Junior Open squash championship is considered one of the most prestigious junior open squash championships in Asia and in the world. It is one of just four Tier 2 events used in the world junior rankings, which are surpassed in difficulty only by the World Junior Squash Championships. The tournament hosts nearly 500 players every year and is organized by the Asian Squash Federation and Hong Kong Squash.

Joey Chan Ho-ling, is a professional squash player who represents Hong Kong. She reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 16 in May 2012. In 2018, She captured the Women's Team Gold medal in the 18th Asian Games and a Bronze medal in the 2018 World Women's Team Championships.
The Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation is a non-profit schools sports organisation based in Hong Kong. Formed in 1st September 1997, it is the sports governing body of different major school sports events, organising local secondary and primary schools inter-school, inter-area competitions. The tournament was won by Hong Kong, who claimed their first title after winning all five of their games.
