Kara-Tur is a fantasy world created by David Cook which first appeared in the Oriental Adventures rulebook for the first edition of the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game in 1986. The Records of the Three Kingdoms is a Chinese historical text which covers the history of the late Eastern Han dynasty and the Three Kingdoms period. The primary body of the text was written by Chen Shou in the third century and combines the smaller histories of Cao Wei, Shu Han and Eastern Wu into a single text.
Chen Shou (233–297), courtesy name Chengzuo, was a Chinese historian, politician, and writer who lived during the Three Kingdoms period and Jin dynasty of China. He started his career as an official in the state of Shu during the Three Kingdoms era but was demoted and sent out of the capital for his refusal to fawn on Huang Hao, an influential court eunuch in Shu in its twilight years. After the fall of Shu in 263, Chen Shou's career entered a period of stagnation before Zhang Hua recommended him to serve in the Jin government. He held mainly scribal and secretarial positions under the Jin government before dying from illness in 297. He had over 200 writings – about 30 of which he co-wrote with his relatives – attributed to him.
Wei Zhao (204–273), courtesy name Hongsi, was an official, historian and scholar of the state of Eastern Wu during the Three Kingdoms period of China. He shared the same personal name as Sima Zhao so, in order to avoid naming taboo, the historian Chen Shou changed Wei Zhao's personal name to "Yao" when he wrote Wei Zhao's biography in the Sanguozhi.
The Book of Wei, also known by its Chinese name as the Wei Shu, is a classic Chinese historical text compiled by Wei Shou from 551 to 554, and is an important text describing the history of the Northern Wei and Eastern Wei from 386 to 550.
Shou Wan Por, known professionally as Robin Shou, is a Hong Kong actor, martial artist and stuntman. Known for his role as Liu Kang in the Mortal Kombat film series, as Gobei in Beverly Hills Ninja, as Gen in Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li (2009), and as 14K in Death Race films (2008-2013), Shou was also a Hong Kong action star in the late 1980s and early 1990s and has appeared in about 40 movies during his Hong Kong career before he entered Hollywood since 1994.

ISU was established in 1986 by I-Shou Lin, the founder of E United Group, to commemorate his mother as well as to benefit the villages and towns where he started his business. KPI was officially upgraded and renamed I-Shou University on August 1, 1997.

The Inline hockey at the World Games 2009 competition took place between 23 and 26 July in Taiwan. The games were played in the I-Shou University gymnasium in Kaohsiung. The United States won the competition going undefeated with a 5–0–0 record.
Suanla chaoshou is a dish of Szechuan cuisine that consists of a spicy sauce over steamed, meat-filled dumplings. Suanla means "hot and sour," and chaoshou is what these particular large wontons are called in the Chinese province of Sichuan.
Ho Ying Fun was a former professional footballer and football manager. Born in Hong Kong, he represented Republic of China in 1948 Olympics and Republic of China (Taiwan) in 1954, 1958 Asian Games, as well as 1956 and 1960 AFC Asian Cup. Ho also represented Hong Kong League XI in Merdeka Tournament, a friendly tournament in 1957.
Pang E (龐娥) or Zhao E (趙娥) was a woman from the Later Han to the Three Kingdoms period. Born in Gansu province, she was the mother of the Cao Wei politician, Pang Yu. She murdered her family's killer before turning herself in. Her case was recorded in Huangfu's Biographies of Exemplary Women (列女傳)
