IPSC Canada is the Canadian association for practical shooting under the International Practical Shooting Confederation, and consists of nine sections: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan [2]
The IPSC Handgun World Shoot is the highest level handgun match within the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC) which consists of several days and at least 30 separate courses of fire. The Handgun World Shoots are held triennially on a rotational cycle with the other two main IPSC disciplines Rifle and Shotgun.

Irish Target Sports (ITS) is the Irish association for practical shooting under the International Practical Shooting Confederation. Founded in 2004 the region was provisionally accepted as an IPSC region in 2005 and definitively accepted in 2006. Irish Target Sports is affiliated to Irish Bullseye Sports (IBS) and the National Rifle Association of Ireland (NRAI).
