Isaac Nader (born 17 August 1999) is a Portuguese middle-distance runner. [1] Twice 2021 National indoor champion on 1500 and 3000 m [2] he detains the following records:

He won the 3000 m at the 2021 European Athletics Team Championships in Chorzów.

Nader represents S.L. Benfica, one of Portugal's top sports clubs, and has shown consistent improvement and dedication to his sport, making him a significant figure in middle-distance running on both the national and international stages. [3]

Personal life

Nader was born in Portugal to a Moroccan father and Portuguese mother. [4]

Chojecka is a six-time European Indoor Championships medallist in the 1500 m and 3000 m events, earning three golds and three silvers. She took the double at the 2007 European Indoor Championships, becoming the first runner, male or female, to win both events at the same championships. Marcin Przemysław Lewandowski is a Polish retired middle-distance runner. He won the bronze medal in the 1500 metres at the 2019 World Athletics Championships and silver in the same event at the 2018 World Indoor Championships. At the European Athletics Championships, Lewandowski claimed gold in the 800 metres in 2010 and silvers in 2016 and 2018 for the 800 m and 1500 m respectively. He took also five medals at the European Indoor Championships, including three golds between 2015 and 2019, and two silvers in 2011 and 2021.
