Isai Rodriguez (born March 13, 1998) is an American long-distance runner. [2] He competed in track for his local high school in Ringwood, Oklahoma and collegiately for the Oklahoma State Cowboys, graduating in spring 2023 as a multiple-time All American in both track and cross-country. [3] [4] He won the gold medal in the 10,000 m at the 2023 Pan American Games. [5]

Galen Rupp is an American long-distance runner. He competed in the Summer Olympics in 2008 in Beijing, 2012 in London, 2016 in Rio de Janeiro and 2021 in Tokyo. He won the silver medal in the men's 10,000 meters in London and the bronze medal in the men's marathon in Rio de Janeiro. Rupp competed for the University of Oregon and trained under Alberto Salazar as a member of the Nike Oregon Project. He won the 2017 Chicago Marathon, becoming the first American to do so since Khalid Khannouchi in 2002. Rupp won the marathon at the 2020 U.S. Olympic Trials in Atlanta with a time of 2:09:20, and qualified for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, where he finished eighth.

Michelle Rohl is a female track and field athlete from the United States, who competes in race walking. She represented her native country at three consecutive Summer Olympics in 1992–2000. A five-time USA Indoor Champion and a four-time U.S. outdoor 20 km champion, she won a silver and a bronze medal at the Pan American Games.

Hassan is the only athlete in Olympic history to win medals across a middle-distance event and both long-distance races in a single Games. She is only the second of three women to complete an Olympic distance double. At the Paris 2024 Olympics, Hassan secured a bronze medal in both the women's 5,000 m and 10,000 m events and gold in the women's marathon, becoming the only woman to win the Olympic gold medal in the 5,000 metres, 10,000 metres and Marathon races.

He competed collegiately for the Southern Utah Thunderbirds from 2015 through spring 2019, before becoming a graduate transfer to Florida State in fall of 2019. He won the gold medal in the 5000 m at the 2023 Pan American Games.
