The Italy men's national artistic gymnastics team represents Italy in FIG international competitions.
The Italian men's national artistic gymnastics team first participated in the Olympic Games in 1908. [1] They won their first team medal, a gold, in 1912. [2]
This list includes all Italian male artistic gymnasts who have won multiple medals at the Olympic Games or the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, with at least one being an individual medal.

Mario Macchiati is an Italian artistic gymnast. In 2023, he helped the Italian men's team win its first-ever European team title. He represented Italy at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
