This is a list of sites in Minnesota which are included in the National Register of Historic Places. There are more than 1,700 properties and historic districts listed on the NRHP; each of Minnesota's 87 counties has at least 2 listings. Twenty-two sites are also National Historic Landmarks.
The A.M. Detmer House is a historic residence in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. Constructed in the 1880s, it has been named a historic site as an example of the work of a prominent architect.
Woodchuck Lodge is a historic house on Burroughs Memorial Road in a remote part of the western Catskills in Roxbury, New York. Built in the mid-19th century, it was the last home of naturalist and writer John Burroughs (1837-1921) from 1908, and is the place of his burial. The property is now managed by the state of New York as the John Burroughs Memorial State Historic Site, and the house is open for tours on weekends between May and October. The property is a National Historic Landmark, designated in 1962 for its association with Burroughs, one of the most important nature writers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Prospect House, known also as just Prospect, is a historic house on the Princeton University campus in Princeton, Mercer County, New Jersey, United States. Built in 1851, it is a fine example of the work of architect John Notman who helped popularize Italianate architecture in America. Notable residents include Woodrow Wilson during his tenure as president of the university. The building now serves as a faculty club. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1985 for its architecture and historic associations.
Shadow Lawn is a historic building on the campus of Monmouth University in West Long Branch, Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. Built in 1927 for Hubert T. Parson, president of the F.W. Woolworth Company, it is one of the last large estate houses to be built before the Great Depression. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1985 for its architecture.
The President Gerald R. Ford Jr. House is a historic house at 514 Crown View Drive in Alexandria, Virginia. Built in 1955, it was the home of Gerald Ford from then until his assumption of the United States Presidency on August 9, 1974. The house is typical of middle-class housing in the northern Virginia suburbs of Washington from that period. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and declared a National Historic Landmark in 1985 for its association with the Fords.
The William H. Wells House is a private residence located at 2931 East Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
The Frederick K. Stearns House is a home located at 8109 East Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan, directly adjacent to the Arthur M. Parker House. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
The Arthur M. Parker House is a historic house located at 8115 East Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan, directly adjacent to the Frederick K. Stearns House. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 9, 1985.
The Outing Club is located in the central part of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1977. In 1985 it was included as a contributing property in the Vander Veer Park Historic District.
Clifton is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. The residence was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. It was included as a contributing property in the Riverview Terrace Historic District in 1983.
The Charles C. Weldon House is a historic home located at Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It is a 2+1⁄2-story, three-bay brick dwelling with a 2+1⁄2-story, two-bay frame addition. It has a 2+1⁄2-story, parged concrete rear wing. The main block has a stepped brick cornice and two gable, end chimneys. Also on the property is a mid-19th-century granary and an early-20th-century gambrel-roofed barn.
The J. Shallcross House is a historic home located at Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1885, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, frame house constructed in a vernacular Victorian style. It has a three bay by two bay rear wing. The house features a three bay, wood porch on the front facade and a gable roof with dormers.
J. C. B. Warde House is an historic residence located in Muscatine, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1979. The house was included as a contributing property in the West Hill Historic District in 2008.
Christopher Apple House, also known as the Apple Farm House, is a historic home located in Lawrence Township, Marion County, Indiana. It was built in 1859, and is a two-story, four bay Federal style brick dwelling with Greek Revival style design elements. It has a side gable roof and 1 1/2-story rear wing.
Julian–Clark House, also known as the Julian Mansion, is a historic home located at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. It was built in 1873, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, Italianate style brick dwelling. It has a low-pitched hipped roof with bracketed eaves and a full-width front porch. It features a two-story projecting bay and paired arched windows on the second story. From 1945 to 1973, the building housed Huff's Sanitarium.
Christamore House is a historic settlement house associated with Butler University and located at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. It was built between 1924 and 1926, and is 2 1/2-story, "U"-shaped, Georgian Revival style brick mansion. It consists of a two-story, five bay, central section flanked by one-story wings. It has a slate hipped roof and is nine bays wide, with a three bay central pavilion. The building features large round-arched windows and contains an auditorium and a gymnasium.
The J. M. Wells House is a private house located at 203 Lake Street in Petoskey, Michigan. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
The East Michigan Avenue Historic District is a residential historic district located at 300-321 East Michigan Avenue, 99-103 Maple Street, and 217, 300 and 302 East Henry in Saline, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
The Turtle Bay Gardens Historic District is a collection of twenty rowhouses in the Turtle Bay neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. They consist of eleven houses on the south side of 49th Street and nine on the north side of 48th Street, between Second and Third Avenues. The rowhouses, dating from the 1860s, were renovated between 1918 and 1920 by Charlotte Hunnewell Sorchan to plans by Clarence Dean.
