Jakarnaval is an annual cultural nuance parade organized by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which is arranged as part of commemoration of the anniversary of Jakarta in Indonesia. [1] [2] Anniversary of Jakarta is celebrated by arranging various program throughout the month of June every year, such as Jakarta Fair , Jakarta Night Festival, Kota Tua Creative Festival etc. [3]
Jakarnaval is a flagship activity of celebration of anniversary of Jakarta, usually held at venues centered around Merdeka Square, Jakarta. [4] Jakarnaval has been included in the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism's annual calendar of tourism events. The carnival always gets great interest from both the community and special actors of arts and culture. It usually displays an art parade followed by a float parade. [5] [6] The carnival parade displays different community and cultures of Indonesia. [7] Some foreign embassies based in Jakarta also participate the Jakarnaval parade to represent respective countries culture. [8]

Jakarta Fashion & Food Festival or JFFF is an annual festival held in Jakarta, Indonesia. The month-long festival is organised by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the DKI Jakarta Tourism and Culture Office in collaboration with PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. The event is supported by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and the Indonesian Ministry of Trade. JFFF is also supported by various parties such as the Martha Tilaar Group, the Indonesian Fashion Entrepreneurs Designer Association (APPMI), the Indonesian Fashion Designers Association (IPMI), Indonesian Cita Weaving (CTI), ESMOD Fashion School, MRA Media Group, Metro TV, Fashion TV, Kompas, and The Jakarta Post. The aim of JFFF is to lift the image, dignity and dignity of the Indonesian people through a culture-based industry.
Jakarta International Literary Festival or JILF is an annual literary festival held at Jakarta in Indonesia. The first literary festival was taken place at the Taman Ismail Marzuki, which was initiated by Jakarta Arts Council. The Jakarta Arts Council is an organization founded by Indonesian artists, which had been officially stated by then Governor of Jakarta, Ali Sadikin, on June 17, 1969. The goal of the festival is to promote Indonesian literature in international literary platforms.
