On northern and the eastern section, the toll road is grade-separated with the Sosrobahu road construction technique. The Cililitan-Tanjung Priok Road, also known as the Jakarta Bypass or simply Bypass, is a 27 km long bypass road in Jakarta, Indonesia that connects the Dewi Sartika Road and the Bogor Main Road in Cililitan, East Jakarta to the Port of Tanjung Priok in North Jakarta. The road is divided into four parts: Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo Road, Jalan D.I. Panjaitan, Jalan Jend. Ahmad Yani Road, and Jalan Laksamana Yos Sudarso. The bypass was inaugurated by the first President of Indonesia, Sukarno on October 21, 1963. One of the Jakarta Inner Ring Road sections is built over the road.
The TransJakarta Corridor 9 is the TransJakarta bus rapid transit corridor that operates from the Pinang Ranti bus terminal in East Jakarta to the Pluit BRT station in North Jakarta. The streets traversed by corridor 9 are Jalan Pluit Putri/Putra, Jalan Jembatan Tiga, Jalan Prof Dr. Latumeten, Jalan Satria/Prof. Dr. Makaliwe, Jalan Letjen S. Parman, Jalan Jend. Gatot Subroto, Jalan MT Haryono, Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo, Jagorawi Toll Road, and Jalan Pondok Gede Raya. Corridor 9 is integrated with the KAI Commuter Bogor Line service at the Cikoko Stasiun Cawang BRT Station that connects to the Cawang railway station and the Tangerang Line at the Latumeten Stasiun Grogol BRT Station that connects to the Grogol railway station on Jalan Satria/Prof. Dr. Makaliwe. Corridor 9 will be integrated with Jabodebek LRT from the BNN to Pancoran Barat BRT stations.
The TransJakarta Corridor 5 is the TransJakarta bus rapid transit route which operates from Ancol, North Jakarta to the Kampung Melayu Bus Terminal, East Jakarta. The roads that passed by corridor 5 are Jalan Gunung Sahari, Jalan Pasar Senen, Jalan Kramat Raya, Jalan Salemba Raya, Jalan Matraman Raya, Jalan Jatinegara Barat/Timur and arrive at Kampung Melayu Terminal. This corridor passes three railroad lines, Manggarai–Jatinegara, Rajawali–Kampung Bandan, and Jakarta Kota–Tanjung Priok railway lines. From Pademangan to Pasar Jatinegara BRT stations, several stations are close to KRL Commuterline stations.
The TransJakarta Corridor 7 is the TransJakarta bus rapid transit route which operates from the Kampung Rambutan Bus Terminal to the Kampung Melayu Bus Terminal. The roads that passed by corridor 7 are Jalan Otto Iskandardinata, Jalan MT Haryono, Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo, Jalan Raya Bogor, and Jalan Gedong Timur/Barat. This corridor is the only TransJakarta corridor that is not integrated with the KRL Commuterline because the distance between the Kampung Melayu station and the nearest Commuterline station, Tebet is quite far.
