Jason Ian Douglas Kerr (born 7 April 1974 in Bolton,Greater Manchester) is an English cricket coach and former first-class cricketer,who is currently head coach of Somerset County Cricket Club.
An all-rounder,he played as right-handed batsman,who bowled right-arm medium-fast. He played first-class cricket for Somerset from 1993,before moving to Derbyshire in 2001.
After back injury curtailed his career at the end of 2002,Bridgwater Cricket Club appointed Kerr as director of coaching in 2004 to spearhead their West of England Premier League promotion bid. He succeeded Ben Wellington,who resigned in early February 2004 because of his commitments as a full-time coach at Somerset's Centre of Excellence. [1] Kerr returned to Somerset as a self-employed coach in 2005,before taking up the Academy Director post full-time in February 2006,replacing the ECB bound Kevin Shine. [2] At the end of the 2013 season,Kerr was promoted to the role of First XI bowling coach. [3]
In October 2017,following the departure of Director of Cricket Matthew Maynard,Kerr was promoted to head coach of Somerset. [4]
Jason Neil Gillespie is an Australian cricket coach and former cricketer who played all three formats of the game. A right-arm fast bowler,he was also a competent lower-order batsman whose unbeaten 201 in his last Test match is the highest score by a night-watchman in international cricket.
Marcus Edward Trescothick is an English former cricketer who played first-class cricket for Somerset County Cricket Club,and represented England in 76 Test matches and 123 One Day Internationals. He was Somerset captain from 2010 to 2016 and temporary England captain for several Tests and ODIs. Since retirement he has commentated and coached at both county and international level.
Vikram Singh Solanki is an English cricket coach and former first-class cricketer. In limited over international cricket,he played over 50 One Day Internationals for England as a batsman and occasional off-spinner.
Kent County Cricket Club is one of the eighteen first-class county clubs within the domestic cricket structure of England and Wales. It represents the historic county of Kent. Simon James Cook is an English cricket administrator and former professional cricketer. A right-arm medium-fast bowler who played for Middlesex and Kent County Cricket Clubs between 1999 and 2012. Cook batted right handed. Following his playing career he worked in a number of coaching roles including as head coach of the Hong Kong cricket team from 2015 to 2019 and was appointed director of cricket by Kent in 2023.

Matthew Jonathan Walker,known as Matt Walker,is a retired English professional cricketer who is currently the head coach of Kent County Cricket Club. Walker was appointed as head coach in January 2017 having been assistant coach at the county since the 2014 season. He played for Kent for 16 seasons until 2008 and then for three seasons for Essex until he retired in 2011.
David Owen Nosworthy is a South African former cricketer. A right-handed batsman and occasional right-arm medium and off break bowler,he enjoyed modest success as a player playing 29 first-class matches and 14 list A games,but has made his name as a coach and his portfolio of first-class coaching roles include the South African franchises Highveld Lions and Nashua Titans,in New Zealand with Canterbury and in England with Somerset.
Neil George Doak is a Northern Irish former cricketer and rugby union player. He currently works as a rugby union coach,and has served as attack and backs coach with English club side Worcester Warriors,and Georgia during the 2020 Autumn Nations Cup. Doak previously worked as attack and backs coach of Irish provincial side Ulster from 2008 to 2017,where he also spent his professional playing career. During his time with Ulster,he had brief stints as a coach with Ireland and Emerging Ireland.
Steven Kirby is an English retired first-class cricketer,and more recently a cricket coach. Kirby played for Yorkshire,Gloucestershire and Somerset,before retiring from playing in 2014. In 2020,he rejoined Somerset as their bowling coach.

The Cardiff City F.C. Academy is the youth football academy at Welsh side Cardiff City. The category two academy has a range of players from ages 7 to 18. The Cardiff City Under-21 side is the highest age group of football other than the senior first team at the club,although the side is allowed to field up to three overage players and a goalkeeper. The age range was initially set at under-21 until 2016 when the limit was increased to players under 23 years of age. From the summer of 2022,the team once again became an Under-21 team. The side competes in the Professional Development League 2.

David Humphreys MBE is a former Irish rugby union player. He played 72 times for Ireland,scoring 560 points,including 6 tries,and at the time of his international retirement was Ireland's most capped out-half. He played his club rugby for London Irish and Ulster,winning the 1998-99 Heineken Cup,the 2004 Celtic Cup and the 2005–06 Celtic League with the latter. Since retiring as a player he has served as director of rugby for Ulster and Gloucester,as a performance consultant with the Georgian Rugby Union,and is currently Director of Performance Operations with the England and Wales Cricket Board. He will succeed David Nucifora as the IRFU Performance Director in 2024.
