"People Help the People" is the second single taken from Cherry Ghost's début album, Thirst for Romance. "Loca" is a song by Dominican singer, El Cata. It achieved mainstream success by Colombian singer-songwriter Shakira, who recorded a cover taken from her ninth studio album, Sale el Sol (2010). It was released by Epic Records as the lead single from the album. The Spanish-language version features Dominican rapper El Cata, and was released on 10 September 2010, while the English-language version features British rapper Dizzee Rascal, and was released on 13 September 2010. It was written and produced by Shakira, with additional songwriting from Edward Bello, Armando Pérez, and Dylan Mills. The song is a Latin pop and merengue track that lyrically describes Shakira's eccentric infatuation with a man. In August 2014, a senior US district judge found "Loca" to have been indirectly plagiarised from "Loca con su Tiguere", a mid-1990s song composed by Dominican songwriter Ramon "Arias" Vasquez. The case was dismissed in August 2015 after it was found that Vasquez had fabricated the evidence he had presented in court.
Isabelle Geffroy, known professionally as Zaz, is a French singer and songwriter who mixes jazz, French variety, soul and acoustic. She is known for her single "Je veux", taken from her self-titled debut album, released on 10 May 2010. She has five studio albums: Zaz, Recto verso, Paris, Effet miroir, and Isa, as well as two live albums: Sans tsu tsou and Sur la route. Worldwide as of February 2023 Zaz has sold over 5 million albums, including 2 million outside France.

Recto Verso is the second studio album by French singer Zaz, released on 10 May 2013 by Play On, Jo & Co and Parlophone. It peaked at number two on the French Album Chart and spawned three singles, "On ira", "Si" and "Gamine". Musically, it is largely in a similar style to Zaz's eponymou début album. The title refers to the two sides of Zaz's personality, which she wished to express in the music of the album.

The song was written by Drake along with producer Nana Rogues, and has additional vocals from Zoë Kravitz. "Passionfruit" was released on March 28, 2017, as the second single released from More Life after "Fake Love". It has been covered by Paramore, Mabel, Benny Sings, Yaeji, Cornelius, John Mayer, and Ben Tankard.
