Safri Duo is a Danish electronic percussion duo composed of Uffe Savery and Morten Friis. Initially classically oriented, they later made a track mixing both tribal sound and modern electronica. Released in 2000, "Played-A-Live ", became one of the most popular songs in Europe in 2001. The single and subsequent album, Episode II each sold one million units worldwide, making Safri Duo the most internationally successful Danish act since Aqua.
Toy-Box is a Danish bubblegum pop group, consisting of vocalists Anila Mirza and Amir El-Falaki. Mirza was born on 8 October 1974 in Frederiksværk, Denmark to Indian-Iranian-Pakistani parents. El-Falaki was born 12 August 1973 in Copenhagen, Denmark to Moroccan parents. In 1999, they had some success in the Scandinavian and Dutch music charts with a song from the album Fantastic, named "Tarzan & Jane". Toy-Box reunited and performed at the Vi Elsker 90'erne events in Denmark in 2017.
Janet Remixed is the second remix album by American singer Janet Jackson. Released on March 13, 1995, it featured two non-album B-sides, including the radio hit "And On and On" and "70's Love Groove", as well as a number of exclusive remixes of tracks from the Janet album. The rare B-side to the single "If", "One More Chance", was not included on the CD version of Janet Remixed but on vinyl and cassette versions.
