History
The station was formerly known as "The Buzz", created as an alternative rock addition to Shreveport, and competed mainly with local hard rock station, 99x.
The Buzz brought a refreshing new style of music to the area, featuring many bands that were not played on 99x or any other station. On Saturday nights, The Buzz was transformed into "Club Buzz," where all the songs played were techno-influenced remixes of the normal alternative songs that it played. The Buzz also featured a variety of interaction with listeners as well as original contests. Weekly contests featured were The Free Buzz at 4:20, Thumbs Up or the Finger, The Buzz Rewind, and the short lived Buzz Bits, where listeners could call in and say whatever they wanted, within reason. Its Too Cool for Tool contest was also original, with each contestant sitting on a large tub of ice, and whoever lasting the longest receiving a pair of Tool concert tickets, along with a "Tool"-box full of Tool SWAG.
The Buzz came to an abrupt end in 2004, in circumstances where it was literally there one minute and gone the next. No reason was ever stated for the cancellation of the station, and the format was quickly switched to Christmas music until the start of the new year. Since The Buzz, the station has been a light rock station and its current format is Spanish radio.
KSYR started 95.7, which now contains the oldies format that was on this frequency. On 95.7, it was first known as country. Then in approximately 1997, it flipped to Star 95.7, an Adult Contemporary station claimed to sit in between the CHR of 94.5 and soft rock of 96.5. It played hit music without the rap, sleepy music or hard rock trying to appeal to the core working audience. However, it flipped to a rhythmic top 40 as Power 95.7. The music selection mixed boy bands with the flourishing urban music scene putting it between KMJJ, KBTT and the more rock leaning top 40 at KRUF. Ultimately in 2001 it became the Buzz and moved to its present frequency.
Prior to being purchased by Coochie Brake Broadcasting LLC, the station was in simulcast with KOYE and KCUL-FM as Regional Mexican formatted "La Invasora".
Coochie Brake Broadcasting operated KSYR as Contemporary Christian "92.1 The Light", returning KSYR to English language programming. This would be a temporary switch, as effective September 26, 2023, Coochie Brake Broadcasting has sold KSYR to Carol and Jetre Schuler's 6102 Seawall, LLC. of Tyler, Texas. The same day, the facility changed its call sign to KVFZ. 92.1 has also changed programming to Tyler based Educational Radio Foundation of East Texas' "Fuzion" Christian contemporary format, returning the frequency to Spanish language.
WNNX is a commercial radio station licensed to College Park, Georgia, featuring a classic alternative format as "99X". Owned by Cumulus Media, the station serves the Atlanta metropolitan area. WNNX's studios are located in Sandy Springs, while the transmitter resides atop the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel in Downtown Atlanta. In addition to a standard analog transmission, WNNX is available online.
WWWQ is a commercial radio station licensed to Atlanta, Georgia, carrying a top 40 (CHR) format known as "Q99.7". Owned by Cumulus Media, WWWQ serves the Atlanta metropolitan area as the regional affiliate for The Daly Download with Carson Daly and is the flagship station of The Bert Show and Elliott & Nina. WWWQ's studios are located in the Atlanta suburb of Sandy Springs, while the station transmitter resides in Atlanta's Druid Hills neighborhood. In addition to a standard analog transmission, WWWQ broadcasts over three HD Radio channels with the second and third subchannels simulcast over low-power FM translators and is available online.
WBZY – branded Z105.7 – is a commercial radio station licensed to Canton, Georgia, broadcasting a Spanish CHR format. Owned by iHeartMedia, WBZY serves the Atlanta metropolitan area. The WBZY studios are located in Atlanta, while the station transmitter resides in the nearby suburb of Marietta. Besides a standard analog transmission, WBZY broadcasts over two HD Radio channels, and is available online via iHeartRadio. WBZY formerly repeated over the 32.25 digital subchannel of Atlanta television station WANN-CD and previously did so on a number of occasions with sister station WBZW, the most recent lasting until November 5, 2021.
WYJB is a commercial radio station licensed to Albany, New York, and serving the Capital District, including Schenectady and Troy. The station is owned by Pamal Broadcasting and broadcasts an adult contemporary radio format, switching to Christmas music for much of November and December. On weekday evenings, WYJB carries the nationally syndicated call-in and dedications show hosted by Delilah. The station's radio studios and offices are on Johnson Road in Latham.
KLTY is a radio station licensed to Arlington, TX, owned by the Salem Media Group with studios located in Irving, Texas, near Dallas and a transmitter in Cedar Hill.

The station's studios are located west of Richmond proper in unincorporated Chesterfield County, and its transmitter is located in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
KTBT is a Top 40 (CHR) radio station, serving the Tulsa area. The iHeartMedia outlet broadcasts with an ERP of 27 kW and is licensed to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The station can be heard as far north as southeast Kansas. Its studios are located at the Tulsa Event Center in Southeast Tulsa and its transmitter site is near Lookout Mountain in southwest Tulsa.

KRXO-FM is a commercial radio station in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It is owned by Ty and Tony Tyler's Tyler Media, L.L.C., and it carries a sports radio format. The studios are on East Britton Road the northeast side of Oklahoma City. KRXO-FM is one of two Tyler Media stations in Oklahoma City that air a sports format, the other being KEBC. KRXO-FM has mostly Oklahoma-based sports shows with VSiN programming heard late nights and weekends.
KGLK is a classic rock-formatted radio station licensed to Lake Jackson, Texas, and also simulcasts on KHPT in Conroe. The facility is owned by Urban One, and is part of a five station cluster that also includes KHPT, KBXX, KMJQ and KKBQ, in the surveyed Houston metropolitan area. "The Eagle" is headquartered in Suite 2300 at 1990 Post Oak Blvd in the Uptown district of Houston. KGLK's main transmitter facilities are located near Liverpool, Texas, with a backup transmitter site co-located at the KKBQ backup site.

WWCT is a radio station licensed to Bartonville, Illinois. Through most of its history, the WWCT callsign was associated with Peoria's 105.7 frequency allocation; the call sign and related format was moved to 96.5 (Farmington) in 2003, then 99.9 (Bartonville) in 2006. The original 99.9 callsign, WIXO, and its music format, had moved to 105.7 in 2006.
