The U.S. Courthouse Building and Downtown Postal Station, also known as U.S. Post Office, Courthouse and Custom House or the U.S. Post Office, Courthouse and Custom House, is a historic courthouse of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and later for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in Tampa, Florida, United States. It is located at 601 Florida Avenue. On June 7, 1974, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places as Federal Building, U.S. Courthouse, Downtown Postal Station.

Originally constructed in 1858, it was for decades a courthouse for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. A new federal district courthouse opened in 2008, but the Powell Courthouse still houses the Fourth Circuit. The United States Congress renamed the building for Supreme Court justice Lewis F. It is a three-story limestone building built in a classical Art Deco style which was home to Meridian's main post office and a federal courthouse from its construction in 1933 until 2012 when the federal courthouse was closed due to budget cuts. It was completed in 1935. An addition to the west was completed in 1940. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 8, 2008.
