Karniewo [karˈɲevɔ] is a village in Maków County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Karniewo. [1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Maków Mazowiecki and 69 km (43 mi) north of Warsaw.
