Khan Nahr (Persian : خان نهر‎, also Romanized as Khān Nahr; also known as Khān Nar)^[1] is a village in Qotbabad Rural District, Kordian District, Jahrom County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 31, in 7 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Qotbabad Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Kordian District, Jahrom County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,569, in 369 families. The rural district has 21 villages.
