Khezeriyeh (Persian : خضريه‎, also Romanized as Khezerīyeh, Khezrīyeh, Khazarīyeh, and Khazrīyeh; also known as Khaẕrīāt)^[1] is a village in Soveyseh Rural District, in the Soveyseh District of Karun County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 312, in 57 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Soveyseh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Soveyseh District, Karun County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. The 2006 census reported that it had a population of 7,225, distributed between 1,286 families. The rural district has 15 villages.

The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Soveyseh Rural District and Muran Rural District. The district has a population of 16,616, in 3,131 families. The district was established on 23 January 2013.
