Kholian Bala is a village and union council of Haripur District. The tribe that lives in this village are the People who belongs from the different Casts, including Major of (Jadoon and Pakhtoons)

The Village has improved its Underdevelopment progress from Economical state with the help of new Political Party (Tehreek-e-Insaf) after previous Initiatives taken by (PMLN).

This Village would be a medium for Railways Network of CPEC (China Pakistan Economic Corridor) along with expected (Havelian DryPort Project) being built in the vicinity of Baldhair Railway Station about five kilometres from Haripur city and is designed to meet the demand of the containerized future freight traffic between China and Pakistan under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC)

Taxila–Khunjerab Railway Line, also known as Khunjerab Railway or Karakoram Railway, is one of several proposed railway lines in Pakistan, to be operated and maintained by Pakistan Railways. China–Pakistan Economic Corridor is a collection of infrastructure projects that are currently under construction throughout Pakistan. Originally valued at $46 billion, the value of CPEC projects is worth $62 billion as of 2017. CPEC is intended to rapidly upgrade Pakistan's required infrastructure and strengthen its economy by the construction of modern transportation networks, numerous energy projects, and special economic zones. On 13 November 2016, CPEC became partly operational when Chinese cargo was transported overland to Gwadar Port for onward maritime shipment to Africa and West Asia, while some major power projects were commissioned by late 2017.

The M6 is a proposed north-south motorway in Pakistan, which will connect Sukkur to Hyderabad. The 296 km long M-6 motorway is the only missing vital link of North to South connectivity, i.e. From Karachi to Peshawar. The motorway will cost approximately $1.7 billion to build. The M-6 will be a 6-lane motorway with a design speed of 120 km/hour, 89 bridges, 15 interchanges and 243 underpasses.

East Bay Expressway is a municipal expressway currently under construction in Gwadar, Balochistan, Pakistan. The six lane expressway was initially planned to be complete by 2018 but has been delayed to Oct 2020 . It will connect Gwadar Port to the Makran Coastal Highway. The Special Security Division (SSD) is a new 2-star Pakistan Army-led command, raised in September 2016 as a response to major concerns over how to protect the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and its workforce from serious internal and external threats.
