Khorram Daraq (Persian : خرمدرق‎)^[1] is a village in Charuymaq-e Markazi Rural District, in the Central District of Charuymaq County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 286, in 64 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Charuymaq-e Markazi Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Charuymaq County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,444, in 1,266 families. The rural district has 53 villages.

The Central District of Charuymaq County is a district (bakhsh) in Charuymaq County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 21,136, in 4,194 families. The District has one city: Qarah Aghaj. The District has four rural districts (dehestan): Charuymaq-e Jonubegharbi Rural District, Charuymaq-e Markazi Rural District, Quri Chay-ye Sharqi Rural District, and Varqeh Rural District.
