Kingston Elijah Flemings (born January 3, 2007) is an American college basketball player for the Houston Cougars of the Big 12 Conference.
Flemings was born in Newport News, Virginia and attended William J. Brennan High School in San Antonio, Texas. [1] In his junior year, Flemings led his team to the UIL Regional Semifinals with a 31–5 record, while averaging 17.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 2.0 steals per game. [1] In his senior year, Flemings brought his team to the UIL 6A state semifinals once again, while averaging 20.4 points, 6.8 assists, 6.4 rebounds and 2.9 steals per game. [1]
Flemings was a consensus four-star recruit and regarded to be the best player in Texas, according to major recruiting services. [2] [3] [4] On November 14, 2024, Flemings committed to the Houston Cougars over offers from Alabama, Baylor, Texas, Texas A&M and Texas Tech. [5]

Flemings enrolled at Houston on June 1, 2025, to participate in the Cougars' summer practices. [6]
On November 3, 2025, in his college debut, Flemings tallied 8 points along with 2 rebounds against the Lehigh Mountain Hawks. [7] On November 17, Flemings was awarded the Big 12 Conference Player of the Week after averaging 20 points, 8 assists, and 5 rebounds against Auburn and Oakland. [8]
Kingston represented the U.S. at the 2024 FIBA 3x3 Under-18 World Cup and helped the team win the championship in a 21–13 victory against Spain. [9]
