Korisliiga Finals MVP

The Korisliiga Finals Most Valuable Player (MVP) is an annual award that is handed out to the best player in the Finals of a given Finnish Korisliiga season. The award usually goes to a player that is on the championship team.

Antero Lehto is a Finnish basketball player. 185 cm tall point guard Lehto plays for Tampereen Pyrintö in Korisliiga. Alongside Finnish competitions, Lehto has represented Pyrintö in EuroChallenge and Baltic Basketball League.

The 2013–14 Korisliiga season was the 74th season of the Finnish national championship named Korisliiga, the highest professional basketball league in Finland. The defending champion was Bisons Loimaa. Kyle Fogg was both scoring champion and league MVP, while Antero Lehto was named Player of the Year. Tampereen Pyrintö took the title, its third in history.

In the Korisliiga, the top Finnish professional basketball league, two awards are considered the Most Valuable Player award. The first, the Player of the Year, goes to the best Finnish player in the league. The second, is the Best Foreigner.

The Korisliiga Defensive Player of the Year is an annual award that is handed out to the best defensive player in a given Korisliiga season.

Jeb Ivey is an American former professional basketball player. He won the Icelandic championship twice, with Njarðvík in 2006, and with Snæfell in 2010. He also won the Finnish championship twice with Nilan Bisons Loimaa in 2012 and 2013 where he was named the Korisliiga Finals MVP both times.

Awak Sabit Bior Kuier is a Finnish professional basketball player who competes for Reyer Venezia in the Italian Lega Basket Femminile and for the Dallas Wings of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA).
