VTB United League Playoffs MVP

The VTB United League Final Four MVP is an annual award that is given to the best player of the final four of the VTB United League competition. The award has been given out since the league began. Previously, the award was also known as the VTB United League Playoffs MVP.

Winners

From 2008 until 2012, and since 2018, the league ends with a final four style format. In a weekend, single-elimination games are played in the semi-finals, finals and third place game. The player who played the best during the tournament receives the award.

From 2012 until 2017, the league champions were decided through a playoff format. The Playoffs MVP was awarded to the best player within these playoff series.

    VTB United League is an international professional men's club basketball league that was founded in 2008. It is made up of mostly Russian clubs, along with one each from Belarus and Kazakhstan. Since 2013, it is the first tier of Russian professional club basketball. Therefore, the highest placed Russian team in the league can also be named the Russian national champions. The league is sponsored by Russian state-owned VTB Bank. In 2008 CSKA Moscow won VTB United League Promo-Cup, but this competition does not count as official VTB title. CSKA has dominated the league, having won majority of titles its existence. The VTB United League also holds a youth competition, the VTB United Youth League.

    The VTB United League 2012–13 was the fourth complete season of the VTB United League, which is Northern and Eastern Europe's top-tier level men's professional club basketball competition. The tournament featured 20 teams, from 10 countries. CSKA Moscow won its 4th VTB title, by beating Lokomotiv-Kuban Krasnodar, 3–1, in a best-of-five Finals series.

    The 2013–14 VTB United League was the 5th complete season of the VTB United League. The tournament featured 20 teams, from 10 countries during the season, 2 more teams than the previous year. It was the first season the VTB United League that functioned as the new domestic first tier level for Russian basketball clubs.

    The 2014–15 VTB United League was the 6th complete season of the VTB United League. It was the second season in which the VTB United League functioned as the new domestic first tier level for Russian professional basketball clubs, which can qualify through this league to EuroLeague.

Including the competition's previous incarnation as the FIBA Europe Champions Cup, this was the 65th season of the premier basketball competition for European men's clubs. The season started on 30 September 2021. The three Russian teams were suspended because of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. As the Russian invasion of Ukraine did not cease, the records of all regular season matches against Russian teams were annulled, and team win-loss records adjusted accordingly, dramatically affecting league standings.

    The 2022–23 VTB United League was the 14th season of the VTB United League. It was the 10th season that the league functions as the Russian domestic top tier level. It started on 2 October 2022 with the regular season and ended on 16 May 2023 with the finals.
