Kramers is an old lunar impact crater that is located on the northern hemisphere on the far side of the Moon. It lies some distance to the west of the larger crater Coulomb, and to the northwest of the smaller Weber.
The outer rim of Kramers is heavily eroded and worn, although the perimeter of the original crater can be readily discerned. The younger, but comparably sized formation Kramers C intrudes into the northeast rim, and the two form a crater pair. The later crater has a terraced inner wall and a central peak at the midpoint.
Kramers lies within the Coulomb-Sarton Basin, a 530 km wide impact crater of Pre-Nectarian age.
By convention these features are identified on lunar maps by placing the letter on the side of the crater midpoint that is closest to Kramers.

Phocylides is a lunar impact crater located near the southwest rim of the Moon. It overlays the south rim of the crater Nasmyth to the north. To the northwest is the unusual plateau formation of Wargentin. Eastward is the merged formation Schiller, and in the southwest lies Pingré.
Landau is a large lunar impact crater that is located in the northern hemisphere on the far side of the Moon. It was named after physicist Lev Landau. The crater Wegener is attached to the northeastern rim. Attached to the southeastern rim is Frost.
Lindblad is an old lunar impact crater that is located on the far side of the Moon, just beyond the northwestern limb. This formation is located to the southeast of the crater Brianchon, and northeast of Cremona.
Lovelace is a lunar impact crater that is located on the far side of the Moon, just behind the northern limb. It lies to the south-southwest of the crater Hermite, and just to the north of the slightly smaller Froelich. To the east is Sylvester.
Ellison is a lunar impact crater that lies on the far side of the Moon from the Earth. It is located just beyond the northwest limb of the Moon, to the southwest of the large walled plain Poczobutt. Due west of Ellison is the crater Coulomb.
Vlacq is a prominent lunar impact crater that is located in the southeastern part of the Moon, and appears foreshortened when viewed from the Earth. This crater is adjacent to the northeastern rim of the larger Hommel, and to the northwest rim of Rosenberger.
Lorentz is a huge lunar impact crater that lies just beyond the northwest limb of the Moon, in a region that is brought into sight of the Earth during favorable librations. This formation is nearly as large as the Mare Nectaris on the near side of the Moon, although it has not been submerged by lava as have the lunar mare. Sections of the crater floor are, however, relatively level, particularly an arc along the western rim. But this last region is still marked by a number of tiny craterlets. The remainder of the interior is rough and irregular, and marked with a multitude of impacts.
Coulomb is a lunar impact crater that lies behind the northwestern limb, on the far side of the Moon. It is located to the west-southwest of the large crater Poczobutt, and northeast of Sarton.
Dyson is a lunar impact crater, 63 kilometers in diameter, that lies on the far side of the Moon, past the northwest limb. It is located in the northern part of the surface, to the northwest of the crater Coulomb, and east of van't Hoff.
Phillips is a lunar impact crater that is located in the vicinity of the Moon's east-southeastern limb, named after British geologist John Phillips. The larger walled plain Humboldt lies across the eastern rim of Phillips, and the outer rampart covers nearly half the interior floor. The surviving rim is eroded in places, and not quite circular.
Kulik is a lunar impact crater that lies on the northern hemisphere of the Moon's far side. The outer rim of this crater has been heavily impacted, particularly along the northern side which is almost entirely overlain by a pair of smaller craters. The southern inner wall is also marked by a cluster of small impacts, and there are small craters across the western rim and notching the eastern inner wall. The interior floor is nearly featureless, but a small central peak rises near the midpoint.
Stefan is a lunar impact crater on the far side of the Moon, just beyond the northwestern limb. Attached to the western rim is the slightly smaller crater Wegener, and close to the eastern rim is Rynin.
Wegener is a lunar impact crater that is located in the Moon's northern hemisphere, about midway between the equator and the north pole. It lies on the far side from the Earth, behind the northwestern limb. The southwestern rim of Wegener intrudes slightly into the much larger walled plain Landau. Attached to the eastern rim is the crater Stefan.
Lodygin is a lunar impact crater to the southeast of the much larger crater Galois. To the east-northeast is the crater Paschen, and to the south-southwest is the immense Apollo.
Weber is a lunar impact crater on the far side of the Moon, and it cannot be viewed directly from the Earth's surface. This crater is attached to the northwest outer rim of the larger crater Sarton. About two crater diameters to the northwest is the eroded Kramers.
Wood is a lunar impact crater that lies entirely within the interior of the much larger walled plain Landau, on the far side of Moon. Wood is situated along the northwestern part of the floor of Landau, and shares a common northwestern rim with the larger impact. The inner wall of the northwest rim extends inward about halfway toward the crater midpoint, where there is a central peak. The rim of Wood is somewhat worn and uneven, with a small crater laid across the southwest section. The surviving interior floor is nearly level and is marked only by a few tiny craterlets.
Milankovič is a lunar impact crater that is located in the high northern latitudes on the far side of the Moon. Overlapping the southeastern rim is the smaller but more sharply defined crater Ricco. Just to the south is Karpinskiy, and to the north is the prominent Plaskett.
Petropavlovsky is a crater on the far side of the Moon. It is attached to the southern rim of the slightly larger crater Razumov, intruding slightly into the interior. Just to the west is the crater Frost, along the southern rim of the walled plain Landau.
Von der Pahlen is an eroded lunar impact crater that lies on the far side of the Moon from the Earth. It is located about one crater diameter to the south-southwest of the crater Strömgren. Farther to the south is the larger Chebyshev, and to the west-southwest lies Das.
Schuster is a lunar impact crater that lies along the eastern rim of the much larger walled plain Mendeleev, on the far side of the Moon. To the east of Schuster is the crater Henderson, and to the southeast lies the large Chaplygin.
