Kusaj-e Sofla (Persian : كوسج سفلي‎, also Romanized as Kūsaj-e Soflá)^[1] is a village in Anguran Rural District, Anguran District, Mahneshan County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 274, in 54 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Anguran Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Anguran District, Mahneshan County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 9,457, in 2,101 families. The rural district has 47 villages.
