L'Osier is a Michelin Guide 3-star [1] classic French cuisine restaurant in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. [2] It is located on the second floor of its own two-story building in Ginza.

It was opened in 1973 by Shiseido Parlor, which is operated by Shiseido.

The chef de cuisine is Olivier. [3] The restaurant first received its three Michelin stars under chef Bruno Menard. [4]

Araki was a sushi restaurant run by Japanese chef Mitsuhiro Araki (荒木水都弘) in the Ginza neighbourhood of Tokyo, Japan. It received a three-star rating in the 2011 edition of the Michelin Guide for Tokyo, Yokohama and Kamakura. Described as "Japan's most difficult restaurant to make a booking at", the restaurant closed in February 2013 so that Araki could pursue a new challenge overseas, which led to him opening The Araki in London in October 2014. In March 2019, Araki moved to Hong Kong to open another restaurant and was replaced at The Araki in London by Marty Lau. While The Araki had three Michelin star ratings, it was stripped of all three stars in the 2020 guide.

André Chiang is a Taiwanese chef and owner of five restaurants. He is the former head chef of the three Michelin star restaurant Le Jardin des Sens in France. He is known for his "Octo-philosophy" of eight elements which make up his dishes. In 2017, his Michelin 2-star eponymous Restaurant André was named the Best Restaurant in Singapore, and the second-best in Asia by Restaurant magazine.

Les Amis is a fine-dining restaurant in Singapore serving French cuisine. The restaurant opened in 1994 as the flagship of the Les Amis Group. It received its third Michelin star in 2019.

Kissa Tanto is an Italian-Japanese fusion restaurant in the Chinatown neighborhood of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The 80-seat restaurant, which opened in June 2016, is on the second floor of 263 E Pender St. Its name comes from the Japanese word kissa, referring to the "jazz kissa" or jazz cafes of 1960s Tokyo, and the Italian word tanto, meaning "a lot" or "so much". Odette is a Singaporean restaurant. Founded in 2015 by chef Julien Royer in collaboration with the local Lo & Behold Group, Odette features a fusion of French cuisine with Asian influences, including of Singapore's.

Bruno Menard is a French chef. Early in his career, he became executive chef at the restaurant Tatou Tokyo, from which he was invited to compete on Iron Chef. He began to experiment with combining French and Japanese cuisine when he took over as chef at the Ritz-Carlton in Osaka. He then took over "The Dining Room" restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta, where he was awarded five stars by Mobil Travel Guide and five diamonds by AAA guide.
