Notes

  1. Senator Jorge Lavandero (DC) was removed from office after being re-elected in 2001 and later convicted of repeated sexual abuse against four minors. He was replaced by his list mate Guillermo Vásquez Úbeda (PRSD) for the remainder of the term.
  2. Ramón Pérez died on 12 June 2005, being replaced by his list-mate, Néstor Jofré (RN)
