Lake Eaton is located west of Long Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, lake trout, lake whitefish, smallmouth bass, landlocked salmon, brown trout, and rainbow trout. There is a state owned beach launch located in the campground on Route 30, 2 miles west of Long Lake. [3]

East Caroga Lake is located in the Town of Caroga by Caroga Lake, New York. The lake provides excellent warm water fishing and rainbow trout fishing. The lake is connected to West Caroga Lake by a small channel. Origin of the name, "Caroga" is derived from the once nearby Indian Village known as "Caroga".

West Caroga Lake is located in the Town of Caroga by Caroga Lake, New York. The lake is known for excellent warm water fishing, but it also offers the only location to fish for splake in the county. The lake is connected to East Caroga Lake by a small channel. Origin of the name, "Caroga" is derived from the once nearby Indian Village known as "Caroga".

Long Lake is located northeast of Holiday House, New York. The lake is home to largemouth bass, crappie, rock bass, northern pike, yellow perch, smallmouth bass, walleye, white perch, and black bullhead. There is a state-owned carry down launch located on the northwest shore off Long Lake Road.

Pine Lake is located east of Brantingham, New York. The outlet creek flows into Middle Branch. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, brown trout, black bullhead, white sucker, and sunfish. There is access to the lake via trail on its north and west shore. No motors are allowed on this lake.

South Lake is a lake located west of Sled Harbor, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, black bullhead, and white sucker. There is trail access on the southeast shore. No motors are allowed on this lake. South Lake is one of three of the West Canada Lakes that are the source of West Canada Creek.

G Lake is located west of Higgins Bay, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, and brown trout. There is carry down off trail from G Lake Road along the west shore. The name is derived from the shape of the body of water, which forms something that resembles a letter “G".

Island Pond is a lake located east of Brant Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, and brown bullhead. There is a carry down trail from Long Pond.

Trout Lake is located west of Bolton, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, rainbow trout, splake, lake trout, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, yellow perch, smelt, rock bass, rainbow smelt, brown trout and brown bullhead. There is a carry down trail on the northeast shore via trail off Lamb Hill Road. There is a 50 horsepower motor limit on this lake. It is called Trout Lake due to the high numbers of lake trout and rainbow trout that are found in the lake. It is also shaped like a trout.

Jabe Pond is a lake located west of Silver Bay, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, rainbow smelt, brown trout, rainbow trout, and brown bullhead. There is a carry down trail on the north shore via a dirt road from Silver Bay. No motors are allowed on this lake.

West Creek Lake is a lake located south of Hoffmeister, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, and sunfish. There is a trail access to the lake.

Trout Lake is a lake that is located south of Averys Place, New York. Fish species present in the lake are pickerel, white sucker, yellow perch, and brown bullhead. There is access by trail from County Route 10. No motors are allowed on the lake.

Eaton Reservoir also called Eaton Brook Reservoir is a man-made lake located by Erieville, New York. Fish species present in the lake include pumpkinseed sunfish, walleye, smallmouth bass, yellow perch, bluegill, pickerel, rock bass, rainbow trout, and largemouth bass.
