Lee Moon-sae (Korean : 이문세; Hanja : 李文世; Korean pronunciation: [iː.munse] ; born January 17, 1959) [1] [2] is a South Korean ballad singer who is often considered a Korean pop icon. [3] [4] Since his debut in 1978, he has released 16 full-length albums, [3] including 1987's When Love Passes By, which sold 2.85 million copies, making it the best-selling album in South Korea to date at the time. [5] He is also well known for being the host of the popular South Korean radio show, Starry Night, on MBC FM, from 1985 to 1996. [6] He was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2007. [7]

Roo'ra (Korean: 룰라) was a co-ed hip hop and dance-pop vocal group from South Korea who was one of the country's most popular musical acts of the 1990s. The group debuted in 1994 with the hit album Roots of Reggae. Their second album, The Angel Who Lost Wings (1995), sold 1 million copies in record time. Roo'ra disbanded in 2001, then reunited in 2009 to release their ninth and final album, A9ain.

Ex'Act is the third studio album by South Korean boy band Exo. It was released by SM Entertainment in Korean and Chinese versions on June 9, 2016. The album was re-released under the title Lotto on August 18, 2016. Ex'Act became Exo's fourth consecutive album to have won the MAMA Award for Album of the Year. The album went on to sell over 830,000 copies by 2022, with its repackage Lotto selling over 410,000 copies.

015B (Korean: 공일오비) is a South Korean music producer group that debuted in 1990 and went on to become one of the country's most popular acts of the early 1990s. The group name which means literally "A crow flies across the sky." It currently consists of brothers Jeong Seok-won and Jang Ho-il, and is known for its "guest singer system," as the group has never had a permanent lead vocalist. The group has experimented with many music genres including pop, pop ballads, synth-pop, electronica, r&b and hip hop.
