Lenny J. Richoux is a retired United States Air Force major general who most recently served as the Director for Manpower and Personnel of the Joint Staff. Prior to that, he was the commander of the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command of the United States Transportation Command. [1] [2] [3]
Richoux was commissioned through Air Force ROTC at Georgia Institute of Technology. He began his flying career at Loring Air Force Base, Maine, and has primarily flown the C-17 Globemaster and KC-135 Stratotanker. He has commanded a joint unit, an Air Force wing and squadron and served as a vice wing commander. Richoux has deployed in support of multiple operations around the globe, primarily throughout the Middle East. He has served in several key staff billets, including the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, NATO and Air Staff.
Richoux is a command pilot with over 3,200 flight hours.

Major General Susan Yvonne Desjardins is a retired major general in the United States Air Force. She last served as director of plans and policy (J5), Headquarters U.S. Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb.
General William M. Fraser III is a retired United States Air Force officer who served as Commander, United States Transportation Command. He previously served as Commander, Air Combat Command from September 10, 2009 to September 30, 2011, the 34th Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force from 9 October 2008 to 27 August 2009, and as Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from May 2006 to 8 October 2008. As the Assistant to the CJCS, Fraser oversaw matters requiring close personal control by the Chairman, with particular focus on international relations and politico-military concerns. As commander of United States Transportation Command, Fraser was in charge of managing all global air, land and sea transportation. He retired on May 5, 2014.
Judith Ann Fedder is a retired United States Air Force lieutenant general who served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Installations and Mission Support, Headquarters United States Air Force, The Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Herbert Jay "Hawk" Carlisle is a retired United States Air Force four-star general who last served as the commander of Air Combat Command, at Langley Field, Joint Base Langley–Eustis, Virginia.
