Peter René Baumann, better known under his stage name DJ BoBo, is a Swiss singer, songwriter, rapper, dancer, and music producer. He has sold 14 million records worldwide and has released 12 studio albums as well as several compilation albums which have included his previous hits in a reworked format. BoBo has also released 34 singles, some of which have charted high not only in German speaking countries, but also in other European territories.
"Sweet Dreams (Ola Ola E)" is a song recorded by German Eurodance duo La Bouche. It was originally released in March 1994 as the lead single from their debut album of the same name (1995). In North America, the song was released in November 1995.
"No Good (Start the Dance)" is a song by English electronic music group the Prodigy. Written and produced by group member Liam Howlett, it was released on 16 May 1994 as the second single from their second studio album, Music for the Jilted Generation (1994). It is built around a repeated vocal sample from "You're No Good for Me" by Kelly Charles (1987). Howlett initially had doubts whether to use the sample because he thought it was too pop for his taste. The song also contains samples from "Funky Nassau" by Bahamian funk group the Beginning of the End. It was certified Gold in Germany for 250,000 sold copies. Its music video was directed by Walter Stern.
"Let the Beat Control Your Body" is a song by Belgian/Dutch Eurodance band 2 Unlimited. It is the fifth and final single released from their second album, No Limits (1993). The album version is largely instrumental and contains just a few spoken words from Ray Slijngaard and Anita Doth. The single version contains full verses rapped by Slijngaard and a new chorus sung by Doth, which were co-written by them both. The song charted in many European countries, peaking at number two in the Netherlands and within the top 10 in Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Spain and the United Kingdom. It was nominated in the category for Best Song on MTV Awards. Nigel Simpkiss directed the music video for "Let the Beat Control Your Body".
"Inside Out" is a song recorded by German Eurodance band Culture Beat, released in November 1995 as the first single from their third studio album, Inside Out (1995). As for other Culture Beat singles, a CD maxi entirely composed of remixes was added among the available media a short time after. The song was a hit in most of the European countries where it was released, and peaked at number five in Germany, its highest position in the various charts. Outside Europe, it peaked at number two on the RPM dance music chart in Canada and number 15 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart in the US.
"Look Who's Talking!" is a song by Sweden-based musician and producer Dr. Alban, featuring vocals from Swedish singer Nana Hedin. It was released in February 1994 as the first single from his third studio album, Look Who's Talking (1994). Co-written by Alban with Denniz PoP, the song was co-produced by Kristian Lundin and reached number-one in Denmark and Finland. It became a top-10 in almost all other European countries, except France and the UK. The song entered the Eurochart Hot 100 on 12 March 1994 at number 61 and went on to peak at the second position four weeks later. In the US, it peaked at number 11 on Billboard's Hot Dance Club Play chart. Its music video was directed by Jonathan Bate. A CD maxi containing four remixes was also released, particularly devoted to the dance floors.

Produced by American DJ and record producer MK, the song is co-written by him with John Reid and was released shortly after the previous single, "Push the Feeling On". "Love Religion" is a song recorded by German dance music act U96, released by Guppy label in October 1994, as the lead single from the act's third album, Club Bizarre (1995). Unlike their previous songs, "Love Religion" is more trance-oriented techno and pop. It takes its main melody from Giorgio Moroder's 1978 instrumental "The Chase". The background vocals are performed by Dutch singer, actress and TV host Daisy Dee. It peaked at number two in Finland and Sweden, and was also a top 10 hit in Austria, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. The music video for the song was directed by Nico Beyer.
"Somebody Dance with Me" is a song by Swiss artist DJ BoBo featuring Emel Aykanat. It was released in November 1992 as the second single from his debut album, Dance with Me (1993). The song is on some parts based on sampling taken from "Somebody's Watching Me" by Rockwell. It was the first major hit of DJ BoBo in 1992-1993, reaching the top of Swiss Hitparade, the official Swiss Singles Chart. It was also a number-one hit in Portugal and Sweden.
"Dreams (Will Come Alive)" is a song by Dutch Eurodance group 2 Brothers on the 4th Floor featuring D-Rock and Des'Ray. It was released by Lowland Records in June 1994 as the fourth single from the group's debut album, Dreams (1994), and is their most commercially successful single. Peaking at number-one in the Netherlands, the song was also used in the Dutch movies Flodder 3 and New Kids Nitro and in the Italian film Happy as Lazzaro.
"Love Is All Around" is a song by Swiss singer-songwriter DJ BoBo, released on 23 January 1995 as the second single from his second album, There Is a Party (1994). It features vocals by singer Christiane Lupp and reached number one on the dance chart in Canada. In Europe, it peaked within the top 10 in Finland and Germany, being certified gold in the latter country.
"There Is a Star" is a song recorded by German Eurodance act Pharao, released in September 1994 as the second single from their debut album, Pharao (1994). Commercially the song was presented with the slogan, "Wise men follow stars...". It scored chart success in Finland, where it peaked at number three, and in Germany, where it peaked at number eight. In Canada, the single reached number seven on the RPM Dance/Urban chart. A music video was also produced to promote the single, directed by Nigel Simpkiss.
"Is It Love" is a song by Dutch Eurodance group Twenty 4 Seven, released in November 1993, as the fourth single from their second studio album, Slave To The Music (1993). It was the first up-tempo song written by Ruud van Rijen and scored success on the charts in Europe, peaking at number five in Germany. The chorus is sung by Nancy Coolen while the rap parts are performed by Stay-C. Maria Jimenez from Music & Media described "Is It Love" as a "sugar-coated highly commercial track".
"The First the Last Eternity (Till the End)" is a song by German Eurodance project Snap!, released in February 1995 as the second single from their third studio album, Welcome to Tomorrow (1994). Like on their previous single, "Welcome to Tomorrow (Are You Ready?)", it features vocals by American singer Summer (a.k.a. Paula Brown). Supported by a partially computer generated music video, the song was a chart success in Europe, peaking at number two in both Belgium and the Netherlands, and number three in Austria.
