Aria (formerly known as the Lewis Tower Building) is a 33-story Art Deco skyscraper in Center City Philadelphia designed by the firm Edmund Gilchrist.

History and architectural features

An exceptionally slender building, is historic structure was one of the city's tallest office high-rises until the skyscraper boom of the late 1980s. It housed offices until 2005 when the building was sold for conversion into condominiums. Currently, the property is managed by Madison Parke.

The building has undergone extensive interior remodeling and exterior renovation (including facade scrubbing and treatment) and has been renamed Aria, a nod to the building's location just off the Avenue of the Arts, Philadelphia's premier performing arts corridor.

The Aria was purchased in 2009 by Richard Oller and Jeffrey Goldstein.

Oakland City Center is an office, shopping and hotel complex in Downtown Oakland, Oakland, California. The complex is the product of a redevelopment project begun in the late 1950s. It covers twelve city blocks between Broadway on the east, Martin Luther King Jr. Way on the west, Frank H. Ogawa Plaza on 14th Street on the north side of the complex and the Oakland Convention Center and Marriott Hotel extend south to 10th Street. An hourly parking garage is located beneath the complex's shopping mall. The mall features an upscale fitness and racquet club, in addition to numerous take-out restaurants and other stores. The complex is served by the 12th Street/Oakland City Center BART station.

Opus Place is an under construction development in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Located in Midtown Atlanta, the development is currently expected to consist of a large residential high-rise, called No. 2 Opus Place, and possibly a smaller tower. Upon its completion, No. 2 Opus Place would be among the tallest buildings in Atlanta and the tallest residential building in the city. The project was first developed in 2014, but underwent a significant alteration in 2016.

The Aria was purchased out of bankruptcy by Richard Oller in 2009. Oller a seasoned real estate developer. Prior to purchasing the Aria Building Oller was the founder and CEO of The Wentworth Group, The largest property management company in the United States. The Aria, formally the Lewis Tower Building, was a turn around condo conversion- The sales team which spearheaded the successful turn around was The Condo Shop a condominium marketing firm. Other successes led by The Condo Shop were the Residences at Two Liberty Place.
