Lifechangers is an American half-hour daytime show hosted by Drew Pinsky. It premiered on September 19, 2011, as part of The CW Daytime.
The show featured Drew Pinsky and a panel of experts including celebrities and doctors, helping ordinary people who are dealing with conflicts in their lives, which could include relationship or addiction issues. [1]
It was announced in April 2011 that The CW had ordered Lifechangers to series. [2] The show aired on weekdays at 3:00 ET/2:00 CT on The CW stations as part of The CW Daytime block, replacing The Tyra Banks Show repeats which aired during the 2010–2011 television season. [3] An original episode aired in the first half-hour and an encore telecast in the second one. It was announced on August 4, 2011 that Maria Menounos will have on-air duties on the show. [4]
Lifechangers was produced by Warner Bros.' Telepictures Productions. Drew Pinsky served as executive producer alongside Lisa Gregorisch-Dempsey, who also created the series, and Howard Lapides. It was announced in March[ when? ] that former The Tyra Banks Show producer Rachel Miskowiec will co-produce. [5]
The series was cancelled after one season in May 2012 and was replaced on September 17, 2012 by Tribune Broadcasting/ITV Studios's The Bill Cunningham Show . [6]
David Drew Pinsky, commonly known as Dr. Drew, is an American media personality, internist, and addiction medicine specialist. He hosted the nationally syndicated radio talk show Loveline from the show's inception in 1984 until its end in 2016. On television, he hosted the talk show Dr. Drew On Call on HLN and the daytime series Lifechangers on The CW. In addition, he served as producer and starred in the VH1 show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, and its spinoffs Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew, Celebrity Rehab Presents Sober House. Pinsky currently hosts several podcasts, including Ask Dr. Drew, The Dr. Drew Podcast on the PodcastOne Network, and The Adam and Drew Show with his former Loveline co-host Adam Carolla. From February 2019 - December 2023, he hosted Dr. Drew After Dark on the Your Mom's House network.

A co-production of Corday Productions and Sony Pictures Television, the series was created by husband-and-wife team Ted Corday and Betty Corday. During Days of Our Lives' early years, Irna Phillips served as a story editor for the program and many of the show's earliest storylines were written by William J. Bell, who would depart the series in 1975 to focus full-time on The Young and the Restless, which he created for CBS in 1973. Following the 2007 cancellation of Passions, Days of Our Lives remained the only soap opera airing on NBC. On August 3, 2022, NBCUniversal announced that it would relocate the series exclusively to its Peacock streaming service beginning September 12 after 57 years on the network and leaving NBC as the only Big Three network without a daytime serial.
The Bill Cunningham Show is an American television tabloid talk show hosted by radio host Bill Cunningham which aired for four of its five seasons on The CW as part of that network's daytime hour. The Bill Cunningham Show, produced by ITV Studios America, debuted on September 19, 2011, and lasted until September 9, 2016. In the first season before the move to the CW, the program had limited distribution, airing only on Tribune Broadcasting owned stations, such as KAUT-TV—Oklahoma City, WGNT–Norfolk, and Raycom Media-owned WXIX-TV in Cunningham's hometown of Cincinnati. The show premiered the same day as the American iteration of Jeremy Kyle, also produced by ITV Studios, but itself only running two seasons and in traditional syndication for its full run.
